On the 27th of February I walked in to get 2 items.
I am not joking when I say this the line to check out was on the other side of the store by where the self-checkout registers are it was all the way down that aisle to where the bakery is wrapped around the deli past the meat and by the sodas and was starting to come back up the opposite side do you really think anybody wants to stand in that line?
I went up front to get in the line to speak to a manager and then a gentleman walks up and says are you a manager and pulls the guy back as he's trying to walk around to help a customer. Says what's going on why do you have no cashiers? By the way there was three regular cashiers out of all those registers they have for that and five self-checkouts open.
Lamont the manager said I don't have any cashiers. What would you like me to do and I don't have anybody else. I looked over at him I said you're the manager you get on a register you know how to cashier.
Open the line and help out we do not want to be standing in these lines. This is ridiculous and it's not worth my time to save $15. I want corporate's number. I will be calling this is ridiculous.

Read moreUnfortunately I have had several unpleasant experiences at self check out and customer service desk. Manager was very rude to me when I first signed up for membership. When there is a problem at self check out, which seems to be almost every time I check out, the register tells you to please wait for an attendant. When the attendant does show up they are rude, insinuate you don't know what you are doing and you leave there feeling you've had a very unpleasant experience. Its obvious it trickles down from management because there is no fear of losing ones job because of the rudeness or losing customers. Doesn't seem to be a problem there or priority. I usually do not write reviews but this has happened too many times to let this go by. Update!!!! I shopped there yesterday and what a world of difference. 7/19/21 They have replaced the horrible self check out machines with new one's that work! They also have purchased new shopping carts and there is 50 or more waiting for you at the entrance. You used to have to go to the parking lot and get your own. It seems they have hired new employees and the are all friendly and helpful. It seems like management is all over the previous problems and are making a reasonable attempt to make thinks better. Read moreHorrible experience with the Bakery. I've been ordering my cakes from here for years and have never had an issue until this past weekend. We went to pick up a cake I ordered for my Grandmothers 75th birthday surprise party...It's 2 hours before the party and they tell us there is no cake for me! No order form can be found under my name and that there's "nothing they can do". I put the order in the week prior and stood there with the woman for 15 minutes while she filled out the order form for exactly what I wanted. Not sure what she did with my order after I left but seems it made it's way into the trash. I understand being overwhelmed or short staffed and if that was the case, they should have told me they couldn't do it so I could have gone elsewhere and had a cake ready for me the day of the party. I called and told the manager what happened and he did not seem to be very concerned although I was in tears at this point. Said he was the only manager there and he "hasn't been in the bakery for days" He did call back to the bakery and then told me they could "throw a cake together to for me in 5 mintues"....No thanks.
