DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!! I never experienced customer service like this before. I called the store as soon as I realized they had the wrong phone number and gave them the correct one. I asked if they could get in contact with the driver and let him know to ring the bottom doorbell. I was constantly checking to see if anyone was here and an hour later I called back. I was told they can get in contact with him and let him know to ring the doorbell. They apologised for it coming over an hour late due to a high volume of customers and not enough drivers. 30 minutes later my food arrived and it was an incorrect order. I asked the driver where my soda was and he said I didn't buy one and sat there arguing with me for 10 minutes about it. He said well if I actually had bought the soda it would've been there. I was extremely frustrated because it had already been over two hours since I ordered. I was light-headed and just wanted to eat. I went upstairs and the pizzas were not made properly, I double-checked the receipt my drink was missing and everything else was cold and soggy or burned. I called the dominos and spoke to Laura Florez. I explained politely my complications with my order and how frustrated I am because as an epileptic woman. If I'm hungry and dehydrated and wait too long I'm more likely to seize due to my migraine. She told me no that I was wrong that the order was made perfectly and didn't listen to what I had to say. She said it was my fault for not giving the right number so the delivery guy could call. I asked her why did she have to wait for him to come back to the store to reach him. I was told they could call him and let him know. She said he couldn't ring my bell for security reasons. I asked her if he cannot ring my doorbell for security purposes why was he able to come up to my porch and into my front door without a problem to bring me my food. She warranted no response. She said it was my fault the food was cold and there was nothing she can do. II asked her for the food to be remade. She said she can only make the pizzas but if I warm it up the rest won't be cold. I told her that wasn't the point. I didn't order for my food to have to be remade or my food warmed up. there have been plenty of times drivers can ring my doorbell without a problem. If he were to have a problem when he called the store and told her, she could have given him my number then. All of which she told me isn't possible. This infuriated me anymore because I don't see how you can run a business and can't get in contact with any of your delivery drivers. She was yelling at me telling me it was my fault, that I was wrong and it was my problem. I told her don't bother remaking it because I don't have to deal with this I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for her name she said Laura Florez. I have never had a worse experience with dominos. I asked for a full refund she told me she would issue it. I will follow up within 4 days. I would like some type of compensation for this experience or something. She is the reason I wouldn't be returning to order from dominos and will be posting...
Read moreDisgraceful…. Nightmare…. Horrible Customer service. This is New Haven pizza capital of the world. Monday’s most of the amazing pizza places are closed. So we decided to slum it and go to our local domino’s. We ordered a pizza and two orders of breadsticks after a busy Monday. We ordered online in the store and waited inside the store for 30 plus minutes. We witnessed a number of people come in and out asking for extra sauce and being told the sauce was a dollar. One man who was helped before we got our food told the lady he wasn’t going to pay for anything extra and that she couldn’t read or spell his name while yelling at her for no reason. She gave him his extra items for free. When it was my turn to ring out next I paid the man helping me and asked him why I was overcharged online. He called over Erica who they said was the manager but clearly has no management skills. She told me that I had not been overcharged and took a while to explain the bill to me. She said that only one order of the breadsticks come with one sauce and it was an extra charge for us to receive more than one. So I asked to return the order that didn’t come with sauce. She said that she would have to flag my name if I ever ordered again and return my entire order. For me to reorder the two items that I wanted which didn’t make sense coming from someone who is the manager. She was extremely aggressive she scared my child. Reaching and snatching my food that I had already paid for out of my hands and having me wait longer to get a refund. This was unacceptable. My child asked all evening what was wrong with that lady? Read moreThree of us came in for some food around 10:15pm and while we were waiting a lady came in very nicely, stated she bit into two wings and they were undercooked. The manager snapped told her she can’t take it back or do anything. When my friend got his wings, naturally because of what just happened, now we’re going to check. He used a fork IN FRONT OF THEM and the habanero wings were undercooked and pink STILL. They took his food back though and asked if he wanted it “well done” as if chicken isn’t supposed to be. Then she lied on the phone to her boss saying that she ate half the box and that’s why she didn’t do anything with the previous ladies order. My bread came out fine thank god! I don’t see a ServSafe certification posted anywhere and the guy didn’t know what that was when I asked. All three employees were using their hands in and out of different types ingredients without any care of potential cross contamination. The manager used her phone, played with her hair, proceeded to touch the pos system and make a pizza without washing her hands or putting on gloves. As food service workers ourselves, we all know what bar of customer service and food quality should’ve be met. I definitely will be contacting corporate and not visiting this...
