Triple AAA Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in New Haven

Wow it was my 1st time here and the pizza was slamming I will be back. After my 1st experience I've been back here 3x on my 3rd visit my boyfriend and I had chosen meatballs as our meat topping his was a calzone and mines was a small pizza. He ate half of his food and I ate 3 slices. While I was eating I said to myself this doesn't taste as good as the last 3x I are their pizza. After going home it made my stomach upset 😡 it didn't do that before. I finally fell asleep around midnight for my flight back to Florida. When I woke up my boyfriend was sick all night and he never gets sick from eating something. I made back to Florida and my stomach wouldn't stop hurting from the pizza I ate that I went a lot. I took a nap woke up and still have stomach pain. I just spoke with my boyfriend and he is still having a bad reaction that he can't leave his house. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager and the lady started off clam until she tried to tell me the customer that both of use can't be sick from their meatballs since they sold over 100 yesterday. When I tried to tell her about my previous visit she kept talking over me trying to get off the phone. I said so your not gonna give me my money back or any money back for what we are going through she said I have nothing but polite with you now I have to hang up. I tried to speak again and kept talking over me. This is thee worst experience 😪 I've ever encountered at a restaurant that I loved that's right LOVED eating from needless to say it will be my last. They can keep the 30 I spent they will never get my money. He can eat there am good with my Florida pizza restaurant atleast they listen to their customers. Mr. Gus Popadopolous you need to hire better people to handle customers with an issue I am not happy one bit with that lady that answered the phone. Today is now day 3 since I ate your food and my stomach is still not feel good. Uodate: They have improved!!! My children love their pizza, get it with extra sauce and extra cheese!!! Sausage and bacon is def a hit!!----------- Well they ruined my night and stomach!! We decided to order a small tomato/bacon pizza and chicken and broccoli alfredo over ziti noodles. First problem I had is the price $27.03 was our total. Almost 30 dayum dollars for 2 items! I am sure they will blame it on delivery. Well with those prices your delivery guy does not have a good chance of getting a tip!! Now let's get to the food. I jave always ordered the chicken and broccoli and it is usually amazing! I must say since the move their food leaves much to desired. It was cheesy yes, but very very bland in flavor. The alfredo sauce tastes like its str8 out the jar, horrible. The chicken was slighty dry! On to my pizza the tomatoes were not fresh at all! How can someone order a bacon and tomato pizza and you send them soggy, tasteless tomatoes! So I called and was apologized to and offered another pizza...with those same organic locally grown tomatoes, nope I will pass! That is what I was told when I said they were not fresh! Or I got the tomatoes that were sliced 5 a.m. this morning sitting out until I ordered my pizza at 8 p.m. I am very disgusted with this food...and you have lost 4 customers! Not that you care because if you did, you would take pride in your food and make sure every order is on point! This would be the 3rd chance I have given Triple A to redeem themselves!...

Would give zero stars. Whalley pizza is much better tasting & has better customer service. GO TO WHALLEY PIZZA, THEY ARE BETTER TRUST ME!! I was missing a wing, so I politely called the store. The rude lady on the phone is continuously cutting me off, telling me that I put the incorrect address, I didn’t place an order there, they don’t hire people who would do such a thing— but the driver did almost give my food to the wrong house TWICE! But I wasn’t even trying to blame the driver, and she would know that if she stopped cutting me off. I just wanted some kind of compensation for the inconvenience & missing wing! The driver himself was very friendly. She finally finds my order and we find out that everything on my end was done correctly, but that lady said to me “I don’t know what to tell you…” and she’s laughing…yes it was one wing, but also the pizza was questionable. I wasted $40. I work hard for my money just like you work for yours. What I should’ve done was called the store screaming and cussing her out. She credited $1 to my next order because that’s what the wing was worth— after I just spent $40 for moldy smelling pizza, having to walk down the street to get my own order, and wings that weren’t even completely coated in buffalo sauce…& one of them were...
