HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF! TOTALLY IGNORE WALK IN CUSTOMERS!! I've been to this location several times (4-5). It's on the way to CT Sportsplex so I’ve stopped here many times and it’s always the same crappy service. I've given them several chances but now I feel compelled to write a review because they are awful. Hopefully the owner will see this and make appropriate adjustments. On several occasions, I’ve walked up to the register to order and I am not greeted at all and no one will even look at me and say “Someone will be with you in a moment”. They are all on the left side near the drive thru window and in the back. I see them and they can see me so I remain calm and just smile at whoever glances my way. After several minutes I’m told to go to the pickup window on the left to place my order. As told, I move to that window where they still have me wait several more minutes without even looking at me. Yesterday (Sunday, 4/23/17 @ 12:10p) another male worker was leaving and told the two girls “you have a customer up front you better hurry up”. I thought with him saying something they would take my order. STILL NO SERVICE. I had my 10 and 12 year old daughters with me, I gave the girls the money, went to the restroom and came back and the female workers STILL DIDN’T TAKE OUR ORDER!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience thus far. I frequent this location due to proximity. I typically order a cappuccino via mobile app; more often then not, I am told the cappuccino machine isn't working, or the night crew didn't clean it. Today it was the same issue; "sorry we can't make the cappuccino, it's not our fault, night crew didn't clean it." I asked for a refund and was refused. I then asked for a hazelnut coffee with milk and sugar and they refused. The 4 young female employees were very unprofessional. Gang mentality, yelling and arguing with me, waiving their hands and saying bye. Refusing to accept responsibility for wasting my time, taking my money and refusing my coffee order. Finally they gave me a black coffee (not what I asked for) I pulled over to check the coffee and realized they spit inside. There isn't a Manger on site ever. I will no longer visit this location ever. This review isn't about the coffee, it is about the sad state of customer service, lack of training, blatant disregard of consumer rights, disrespectful behavior by employees and so much more. Read moreThe line is usually wide open here because nobody likes to come here and everybody knows this so we all usually go to the one on either side of it. But when those good ones have long lines then we are forced to come here. When you do come here there could be no cars in front of you but somehow you wait several minutes before someone even takes your order. It seems as though they’re always gossiping inside playing on their phone or just doing other stuff like socializing amongst each other. The customer is clearly not the most important part of their presence within the restaurant. The worst part is that they could have all the Time in the world and still mess up your order over and over and over again it’s almost guaranteed. The only reason why I go here is because I like my coffee. One time I left here and I went down the street to the grocery store and bought some flavored creamer and coffee and sugar and vowed to do it myself from home because I was sick and tired of the terrible service here.
