I haven't had the chance to say this, but now that I do, I will. I had the worst customer experience of my life. To make the long story short, the disrespectful man who I guess calls himself the manager wouldn't give me a new pizza just because I had ordered from a third party (GrubHub). He acted like the place was going to run out of business if he gave me another one. The pizza that GrubHub delivered looked like someone threw it across the street chewed on it and ate half of it. I called Pizza House and one of the employees told me that I could bring it and get another back so I did. The guy calling the shots looked at the pizza and asked me why I brought it to Pizza House and I have to call GrubHub. Why wouldn't I bring it to Pizza House? They were the ones that made it.
Long story short, the rude obnoxious person said that he could give me only a medium when I had ordered a large, but I was like whatever. The medium looked like a large anyway. He said that the next time, he won't do it. I told him about himself and he got offended and I walked away. He's talking about "next time". Trust me...as long as he's there, there won't be a next time. He'll meet the wrong one soon. He needs to get fired ASAP!!

I went to Pizza House on November 29th, 2023. I had already called in my order leaving work. He gives me the number which I thought was 26 but when I get there he told me it was number 6. He asked what I had and I confirmed. When I get to the car I check my food and realized it wasn’t mine. I brought the food back in and told him this is the wrong order. Immediately, he starts yelling saying, “I asked you if this was your order!!!! Now I have to waste food and make more!” That was NOT my problem and not my fault. The costumer whose order I took came in and I hear them speaking in Spanish but paid it no mind. He yells out at me again and this time it was more people in the restaurant. Now he says, “See now he has to wait 30 mins because of you!!!” I could not believe how this man was talking to me in front of other costumers. Moral of the story is DO NOT GO TO PIZZA HOUSE! They are rude and will never get my buisness...

Service was ABHORRENT. Third time there and for some reason the super fancy cashier decided to make me and my wife wait for a dine in small pizza 30 minutes, WITHOUT ever even attempting to approach us, neither did the "waitress" and never ONCE was asked for a drink order. Or if we needed anything. I've worked in the food service industry for years and my wife as well. Currently. We were more than prepared to leave a generous tip of they acted even slightly accordingly, yet they REFUSED to wait on us in the SLIGHTEST. What's strange is, we were more than polite the entire time, and made it clear we were sitting down to eat hence saying.. dine in...
