I recently discovered a gem of a spot called Brick Oven Pizza, and it was an absolute delight. Upon entering, I was greeted by the owner, a genuinely humble and kind individual who clearly cares deeply about his craft and the community. It's refreshing to see such dedication in a business owner. The ambiance of the restaurant was just as impressive as the service. With jazz music playing softly in the background, the atmosphere was smooth and inviting, making me want to tap my feet to the rhythm. The place was impeccably clean and smelled fantastic, a rare find in pizza joints. Now, let's dive into the star of the show—the pepperoni pizza. The thin crust was perfection, crispy at the edges and chewy in the middle. The pepperoni was generously layered, and each slice was covered with gooey, melting cheese that stretched delightfully with every bite. The quality of the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni was apparent, setting a new standard for what great pizza should taste like. The service matched the high quality of the food—attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Brick Oven Pizza has earned a new loyal customer in me, and I suspect they'll give any local competitors a run for their money. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-notch pizza in a relaxing setting with great music and impeccable service. If you decide to check it out, don't forget to mention that Babs sent you!

Absolutely worth the drive from Springfield! Brick Oven Pizza is an exceptional culinary gem that makes every mile of the journey worthwhile. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly baked pizza, a hint of wood smoke in the air, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The pizzas here are nothing short of spectacular. The crust achieves that perfect balance of being crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside, a hallmark of authentic brick oven cooking. The toppings are incredibly fresh and generously applied, whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or prefer something more adventurous like their signature truffle mushroom pizza. The sauce is rich and flavorful, complementing the melty, gooey cheese in every bite. Each slice transports you to pizza heaven, making the long drive seem like a minor inconvenience. What also stands out is the impeccable service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do, which adds to the overall wonderful dining experience. In conclusion, if you're in Springfield and craving pizza, don't hesitate to make the trip to Brick Oven Pizza. It's an experience you won't forget and a meal you'll be dreaming about long after you've finished the last slice.

I ordered on 3/3/25. As shown in the Uber Eats picture, when selecting the required size of the pizza, the small option has a $23.70 upcharge, making a small pizza $47.40. The large pizza has a $7.50 upcharge, making it $31.20. I didn't want a large but ordered it anyway because it was cheaper than the small? I called at 7:38 PM to request a price adjustment (which I know is possible, I've worked in the restaurant industry and have made price adjustments on Uber Eats with a manager code). When I called, I politely asked if anything could be done, but the guy on the phone immediately said, "No." I told him I'd seen price adjustments before, and his response was, "Why don't you come here and do it yourself, then?" He also said, "If I say no, then the answer is no," and that I "shouldn't have ordered through Uber Eats, but directly from them." What he didn’t know was that I was ordering for a sick family member at Smilow Cancer Hospital, so I couldn’t order directly from them even if I wanted to because I needed it to be delivered. But after this, I definitely won’t order ever again.

If I’m writing a review here, it’s worth visiting an establishment. An old friend and I caught up and decided to get late night pizza. We were in Hartford and couldn’t find anything worth making the effort for, so ended up driving an hour to New Haven after stumbling upon this spot open until 3 AM in the morning. We couldn’t have gotten luckier. It’s In the area around Yale. The parking lot is full of several dump truck loads of wood (not exaggerating) That was the first good sign. Indeed they have a true wood fired brick oven and clearly know how to use it. I will say, it’s Slightly pricey, but absolutely delicious and worth it. The small dining room and paper plates and plastic cutlery is no frills. The large Greek salad was extremely fresh and very large. Enough for four people easily. and I appreciate how they chop the veggies, peppers and what not. Perfect sized bites without needing to cut anything. Was loaded with delicious feta cheese. Large is $15. Now for the pizza. We got the brick oven special with sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Once again, everything was cut to a perfect bite-size. No massive chunks of veggies, sausage, or meatballs. I’m emphasizing this because I hate when pizza has large chunks of items on it. The dough is perfect. Thin and crispy. Not too much sauce, not too much cheese, but just enough of everything. We ordered a large, about $30. We are 2 large guys. Took away 1/3 of the salad and 25% of the pizza (btw, our salad came with a side of complementary simple buttered bread). And we were overly full, so portions are generous. Hence why I’m not complaining about the price too much. -1 beer, 1 Coke, the salad and pizza came out to about $58 w/ tax, but before a tip. Can’t wait to get more of this pizza when in the area again. I’ll go out of my way to get this pizza again. Highly recommend this ole school simple pizza shop. It’s all about the great food at this place! Met the nice owner and other Great friendly staff members. Great people who care about what they’re serving! Great options for both Food and Beverage. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in America and one of the best pizzas I’ve had in...

The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the generous amount of gooey, melted cheese was simply divine. Each bite was a harmonious symphony of flavors that left me craving for more.

The atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment. The warm, rustic ambiance and the inviting aroma of pizza being freshly baked in a real wood-burning oven created a cozy and authentic environment. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the pizza itself. Each bite transported me to pizza heaven, with its thin, crispy crust that was cooked to perfection in their brick oven. The flavors were a symphony of delight, from the tangy tomato sauce to the gooey, melted cheese that adorned the top. I can confidently say that this was the best pizza I have ever tasted!
