I have worked in all kinds of service ever since my first job at 14, 23 years ago. Regardless of the industry, these positions require a multitude of skills, patience, critical thinking, and a great attitude- Many consumers/clients/ bosses often don't think about or acknowledge the importance these qualities. I had just received some terrible news, and my experience in just ordering tacos made my day much better. I believe that ought to be recognized as often as possible. Kicking myself bc I did not get the names of the team members working around 6-30 this eve (Tuesday 9/13/22). I went in to order for takeout for the first time in a while, and had to make some adjustments to suit my diet. Most T Bell employees at other locations grumble and roll their eyes, but not this crew. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful- from the awesome woman working the register to the gentlemen making my meal. Honestly it's the best T Bell I've had in ages.    Read moreI was going to let it slide. This is my first time ordering from this store, and I donât like writing reviews but someone has to know about this. At first I get my meal and yk I say have a good one, no body really responds it is what it is they busy, I worked in fast food too. Next I realize after I left and go back to work that my fries were dumped all over the bag, my sauce was missing, and my nuggets were burnt. Okay it is what it is just wonât order from this location again. Then I pulled out this nugget with a feather in it. Now that is unacceptable. Itâs so easy to check and make sure that your food is clean. Again I worked in fast food and understand that this is a health and safety food violation. Idk what can be done, but these workers are obviously not motivated, donât care, and I have every right to assume the manager tends to be the same way or doesnât put much work into their crew.    Read moreLast Wednesday (7/21) and last night (7/28) I went to this location on my way home from work at the EXACT same time 835. The drive through menu was shut off and the order screen was off too. Both times the associate told me "their system was down and they couldn't take any orders" this was 2 weeks in a row. This location closes at 11 pm and refused to take my order. To me this is just a way for them to try to refuse service at a cheap ploy. After telling the associate to let her manager know I will be talking to corporate, the manager came on and was defensive.
Understandably, when someone calls you out. Although he didn't offer an apology and went on to say if I wait 5 minutes the system will be back up. Why wasn't this mentioned when I first drove thru in the first place? After some back and forth the manager told me "You don't know what your talking about".
