Service is as important as the rest of your business when it comes to keeping a customer's business. True I could have had my order delivered but since our local store is less than a mile from home, I chose carry out. Watched the Domino's Pizza tracker online and when it reached the quality inspection point I saddled up and left home to pick up my order. Once there I found one car ahead of me.The car was a black suv with very dark tinted windows preventing me from determining if it was occupied.I politely waited for ten minutes with nothing stirring in the car or at the drive-thru window. I decided to call the store and inquire eta. Put on immediate hold when at that very moment I noticed a hand at the service window so I hung up. Well it was just a verbal communication that resulted in the window closing and nothing else. After waiting an additional five minutes without any movement I redialed the store. Who ever answered the phone was either eating or has a serious speech impediment rendering any thing he said as unintelligible. Having no success communicating my question the employee said the first intelligible words "well you can come inside" which I did. Once inside the gentleman I spoke to on the phone glanced over his shoulder with out a word and resumed arranging boxes. Luckily a young lady glance up from her job and hurried over to me. Meantime the car in question pulls out from the window and circled the store and parked on the other side. Presumably to await his order to be completed. I expressed by consternation as to my delay. The young lady smiled and rolled her eyes in the direction of apparently the manager whom took my call and shrugged her shoulders. Meantime 3 cars were serviced and gone with their orders before I returned to my car. Quite likely the last time I will visit the store. The lousy service and cold pizza left a bad taste in my mouth. Read moreAt 6:56pm on Friday, August 4th, 2023. I called domino's and placed a order. I asked for the order to be made at a very specific time because I wanted it to be made fresh and hot. I went to domino's and picked up my pizza. When I got home my pizza was not fresh and was hard and cold. I called the store back and told them what happened and asked if I could bring back my old pizza and get a new on freshly made. Their very rude and very disrespectful responses was, 'no we can't remake pizza all we can do is give you a credit.' I said okay fine can I use my credit for a new pizza tonight in which they replied yes. So I left went back to the store and got hit with where's the old pizza we told you to bring back. I calmly tried to explain what happened once more. Told the manager (or I think she was the manager) about the situation on the phone and how she had attitude but the manager was extremely rude. I was screamed, and yelled at by the manager and the lady who took my call in the store. Was told I wasn't going to get a credit back or a new pizza. I was ganged up on by the whole crew for trying to explain my side of what happened. Got tossed out the store. Then while getting in my car the manager came running out of the store trying to fight me. Got in my face. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service and traumatized as well. I have never been treat so poorly before in my life. I would like for something to take place and for these two people to be removed from their possession. I can't believe this is how domino's runs...
Read morePlaced an order with Dominos New Iberia today. Received my order and the portion was undersized. So on the Dominos site I responded with my concerns and was polite not to use the preparer of my orders name. Awhile later I received a phone call from Tara, the one who prepared my order. She began counseling me on how I was wrong in writing my review of the order and she correctly prepared the food. I was astonished that she would call me directly. I would understand the manager contacting me but for Tara to contact me personally and start speaking to me how wrong I was in my review of her preparation of my order I find highly unprofessional. Unfortunately the management of Dominos has chosen to allow its employees to be confrontational with the customer who are only responding with their views to benefit the company. Given this act by an out of control employee, I will now be patronizing Papa John’s. Thanks for helping me chose a better...
