McDonald's — Restaurant in New Lenox

i am actually so upset with this mcdonald’s! this was my favorite mcdonald’s for a while because every other one always messes up my food. but this mcdonald’s went down hill recently and im so disappointed! i every time i come and get a cheese burger it looks like it was physically thrown together. it’s always a huge mess of sauce. i have came here the other day and ordered a dr pepper and revived a coke.. sometimes the people working here are clearly unhappy with the environment they are in. but today was one of the most upsetting experiences.. i ordered a cheese burger add mc sauce (witch they charge you for) and i received a bun, cheese and patty. it was completely plain. witch i didn’t ask for.. nor was my sauce on it. when i told them it was incorrect they claimed they were making me a new one.. over 10 minutes go by and my food still never came. when i went up to tell them i still haven’t gotten my food they seemed surprised.. im assuming it was a manager who seemed upset when she found out that i still haven’t received my food. they than quickly threw together my sandwich. witch showed. i understand that it is a fast food restaurant.. but for such a big company i would expect better. i am a regular customer at this mcdonald’s and since recently i would no longer...

This place needs to train their employees properly, this is the 2nd time in a row that I go here, in the drive thru, on a Sunday evening and they mess up my order. Last week, I ordered 6 meals and each # that I ordered, I had to constantly confirm and repeat that it was a meal and not just a sandwich. (If I say give me a #4C medium size with a coke, I obviously want the meal and not just the sandwich!!!) When I got to the 1st window I asked, "everything I ordered are meals?" I just wanted to make sure they got my order correct, they responded saying, "yes, they are all meals" I paid and then proceeded to the 2nd window. Well it turns out they only charged me for 5 meals and a sandwich instead of 6 meals. I complained but was told I had to go back around in the drive thru or park and come inside to order the other drink & fries I wanted!

Today, I went here again, in the drive thru, and ordered once again 6 meals all medium size. When I got to the 2nd window and received my order, they handed me all small sized drinks, I asked, "Are these medium size drinks because I ordered medium?" They said, "yes, they are medium!" and then they closed the window. They clearly gave me small drinks because the cup even says it's small right on it!!!

Definitely won't be going back to...

My daughter turned 2 and I was hard pressed to find a place where she could have fun and just be a kid. I spoke with Ronda and she was so honest, available, helpful in getting the space prepared. All food was made to order as children arrived AWESOME NO COMPLIMENTS. My parents were happy. No problems at all! The party was so great the kids were jumping around and having a great time the WHOLE TIME! Ronda and ALL YOUR STAFF WERE SOOOOOO AWESOME! The cleaning crew were so nice. The host attendant was so pleasant and available she kept me on track which I so needed and appreciated. Trying to manage all the children and parents and music lol she saw me and just had the 10 happy meals ready to go and I so appreciated and needed the help. Please please please change nothing it was an amazing experience and my daughter enjoyed her party so much all of her guest said they really were surprised they could have so much fun at McDonald's. Ronda has a great location in New Lenox we traveled from Joliet, Chicago, Highland Park, Olympia Fields, and Hyped Park so there were many options for locations I could not be happier that we found New Lenox McDonalds on Maple!
