This has been our family's go to spot for over a year. We've always had outstanding service and the food has always been incredible. The week before last we visited on a Thursday and had a different waitress than our usual. Our order was very similar to what we usually order for two adults and two children (one special entree and a 14" pizza). When she brought our crackers and bread she brought 1/2 loaf of bread. I asked if there was a reason we only got 1/2 loaf as we've been here so many times. She said you only ordered one entree. I said oh is this something new? I mean we would pay for the whole loaf. She said I don't know who's been serving you but you only get 1/2 loaf with one entree and I've been here 18 years. Her attitude made me want to leave immediately. Every time we've come here it's never been an issue and I wasn't trying to make it one, but my kids like to eat it before their food comes. It's never wasted. She was snooty the entire rest of our time. We came back this week on Friday and we were seated by this particular waitress again. We saw our usual waitress and asked if we were in her section and she said a new waitress would be training and taking good care of us. The new waitress was given direction initially by the 1 lady we had issues with the week prior and again brought us 1/2 loaf of bread. When our usual waitress came to help serve the entree I pulled her aside and explained our visit the week before. She apologized and said the owner would want to know and I said I would happily talk to her after we ate. The tables seated around us included a couple to the right who ordered only a pizza and received a full loaf of bread, and another couple behind them who ordered a pizza and received a whole loaf of bread. I have no doubt this snooty woman told this new waitress to only give us 1/2 loaf because I questioned it last time EVEN THOUGH WILLING TO PAY FOR IT. What once was the perfect get away for my family you " miss 18 years" has tried to turn it into a battleground over what--a freaking loaf of bread! Shame on you and your nasty attitude and for treating my kids and my family this way. I respect these owners too much to use your name but you know who you are. I know it will be a good while if we even decide to come back. If and when we do I genuinely hope you have had a few lessons on customer service and how to be a decent human being. You sure gave a good lesson on bad behavior to my 3 and 6...
Read moreI would give Paisano's 100 stars if I could. I've quite literally been coming here for 40+ years now, for good reason. This is my one home cookin' place that I always visit when I'm back in town. The food is amazing, it's family owned, everyone is always friendly and helpful even when busy, and the ambiance is great. Many of the wait staff have been there for 20+ years, which says a lot about how they treat their team. They have both private booths and tables for varying sizes of parties.
You can call ahead for reservations if you're worried about a wait, or pick up, as it's a smaller restaurant for dine in. However, I generally go earlier in the evening and very seldom ever have to wait. The chicken parm is to die for. My favorite restaurant...
Read moreWent here with my wife Saturday as we were driving through the area. Read some great reviews here on Google. I can be honest by saying that this place is an amazing gem! I had the ribs and my wife had the gnocchi. Both were excellent, and the fresh baked bread with dinner was the best. The service was excellent and our server Brittany was a total sweetheart. We were kindly greeted as soon as we walked in. Paisano's is not very big but it is very cozy with private booths. The inside is also very immaculate as well. It's a wonderful and casual experience, also the prices are reasonable which goes to show you don't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy a great dinner. A must stop if your in the area. They will make...
