At this location I have had several badly overcooked burgers & waited so long for them that they were cold, but today was the worst. I went through the drive up lane with only one car in front of me & no other vehicles in the parking lot. I waited for nearly 15 minutes for my order. The burgers were hastily wrapped, so I should have checked them in the parking lot, but didn't. When I got home this is the burger I got. Where is the patty you might ask. Well I asked that also. I called the customer number on the ticket, explained my problem. She transferred me to the store location. After I held for nearly 20 minutes, I got in my car & drove back to the location. There was NO ONE in the store nor in the drive up lane, four people at the back counter, & a cook up front, yet no one had answered the phone. As I complained, & I'll admit I was angry, a young lady from the back counter called out that the number on the ticket went to the call center. I told them that I had spoken to the call center & they transferred me to their location, but the phone was ignored. Then she said well they were very busy, which angered me more. I yelled out that yes I could see they were very busy since there was no on in the store nor anyone in the drive up lane. I yelled at them to answer their phone. Then the cook went to the back & a man, I assume the manager, came up front & refunded my money. When I got home, the phone was still ringing it had been over 40 minutes. This is the closest Blake's to me but I will not be returning to it. I will take my business elsewhere. I had to give this complaint one star to post it. Based on previous orders & the ghastly one from today it does not deserve any stars. Read moreWhat started as yet again an absolutely nightmare, choosing to stop here knowing that countless times prior I've been let down by this store. An just like all of my visits as myself and 4 other cars sat waiting. I was not only greeted by a very rude gentleman in drive the thru I was told after paying to pull forward. REALLY for a simple Frito pie????? Hmmmm okay I watched car after car get delivered there food long after I had been waiting. I decided to put my car in park and go inside to use the restroom. I quickly noticed the young lady bringing out food to the other cars while I wait was cooking food. Frustrated and exhausted I went back to my car, just as another 10 minutes had pasted totaling in 26 minutes FOR A FRITO PIE, I'm about to go back inside but that young lady from inside came up to my car. Her quick attention to address my concern immediately with a smile on her face and positive attitude. Within less then 3 minutes I had my food in hand. I placed an order over the phone for bean and cheese burritos when I picked up my order it was wrong.. my burritos had chili when I asked for it on the side ( the ticket said Xmas on side) and I was told they no longer had bean and cheese burritos so they continued to “correct” my order by adding eggs and papas which I didn’t want. I got so upset just trying to tell the cook I only wanted bean and cheese with bacon & Xmas on the side, then she (Analisia)started to argue I yelled back at the cook to not argue with me, at which point I demanded my money back with a receipt because the cashier (Yoselin) told us at the drive thru they had no more receipts! The manager Paoula came out from the back and not once apologize for the mess up or did she even tell her employee to shut up and not talk to customers in that disrespectful manner.
