As a two time a day regular customer I have to give a bad review after the rude service I received this morning from who I assume is a new manager. I got my regular ice coffee and asked for an extra cup to insulate it to save my ice, and she reached for a plastic one..I said I wanted a styrofoam one and she said she can't give me one with the sip and win sticker on it (bullocks as I'm given them all the time, they either take the sticker off or have ones without them) So, I asked her to take it off.. She replied with of course after failing to remove a small sticker she slammed the cup on the counter and asked the nice employee I usually deal with to take it off. She was rude and lacked customer curtosy.I hope a district manager reads this and has a word with her on how one should behave in such a case as she has no clue how to adult or serve loyal, regular customers!
