I can honestly say I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has paid so much attention to my order. Starbucks offers countless options for customers, and it’s crucial to have the right staff to execute those requests perfectly. While some customers may be particular or have detailed preferences, that’s what excellent customer service is all about and this location absolutely excels at it.
This brings me to the reason for my review: ROMAN and EVEREST. Roman took my complicated order with such patience and care, making sure every detail was accurate. Everest, on the other hand, executed the order flawlessly, down to the tiniest detail. The teamwork between these two was truly outstanding.
Anyone familiar with drive-thru service knows it’s often a gamble you usually hope the order is “close enough” and settle for what you get. But this was a completely different experience. My drink was perfect, as if I had made it myself.
I am incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, patience, and genuine concern these two showed for one customer out of their busy day. Old Review First off the service is great and the food is usually on point. The 1 star is for the fact that this location for whatever reason cannot keep food in stock. Double smoked bacon sandwich is almost always out of stock. If you are selling out on a regular basis, maybe you should be ordering more stock... I stupidly come back and hope for the best but it’s always bad. I’m currently going around the drive through after picking up my order via the Starbucks app, hoping that they can give me a cinnamon cloud macchiato that’s made correctly.
