The service and experience was horrible when I visited yesterday, 3/17/2021 at 4pm. The lady was rude, fast talking, and impatient. When I entered the shop she never said, "hello" or "how can I help". When I pointed to the cone my daughter wanted, she went to the register and quoted me the price instead of just getting me the cone. I had to tell her, "I don't care how much the cone cost". I just want the cone and the ice cream. This is about an experience. I will not spend my money at this...

My wife and I visited Baskin-Robbins today (07-09-2020) and I was treated very badly. The sale person actually snapped at me; I was very surprised. As a business owner myself, I have experience reckless employees. If an employee is reckless with handling paying customers it effects everyone at that location. In addition, because of her actions, I kept my money in my wallet and...

The customer service is great you get in and you get out. Well attentive staff. Very clean facility. I just love the whole vibe while I was there I mean u walking in u are not ignored if you are undecided the staff offered me a couple of suggestions that were great.i will be back at this Baskin and Robbins on bullard. Keep up the good work guys....
