Subway — Restaurant in New Orleans

I had to repeat myself several times when I was the only person in line. Then he toasted both sandwiches I ordered when I said I didn’t want both toasted just one. He also only putt one slice of meat on my husbands sandwich and one scoop of chicken on mine. He didn’t put much for any of the veggies I asked for but he drenched the sandwiches in sauce. And the entire time the other employee was sweeping the floor. I understand a place needing to be cleaned but is it necessary to sweep dirt everywhere while someone is making food? The employees seemed more interested in singing along to the music than actually listening to anything I was saying while I was in there. I would go to this subway often after just moving out to the east. I kept getting the same short foreign man & it was fine until I began to notice if he gets customers behind you he will rush your food. He’s usually working alone.
