Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Orleans

On May 2, 2020 at approximately 6p I went to Taco Bell on Bullard. I placed my order in which it wasn’t repeated back to me to ensure it was correct by the crew member at the window. Proceeded to the first window to pay for my meal. I received my debit card and receipt from the crew member. Checked receipt and realized that an item was missing. Told the young lady at the distribution window. She took my card, brought it to the first window to charge me for the item forgotten. Going forward to Sunday, May 3, 2020 when I went to make another purchase and realized that the young lady didn’t return my card to me. I had to return to Taco Bell to retrieve my card. Low and behold I received a call from my banking institution stating that fraudulent activity had been placed on my account. Someone at that store copied my debit card information tried to make a $85 purchase at Amazon AND transfer $650 via Zelle. These young nothings thought that by stealing my hard earned money they would come out on top. This is why they will always work at a fast food restaurant and will never amount to anything because of dishonesty and stealing. Have tried on numerous attempts to contact the manager at the store and my attempts have been unsuccessful. I will be sure to contact corporate and report this store. Twas the last day in New Orleans for me. The end of a 3 day Bender of partying hard. I was down on my dollars and luck. Probably not as down as the homeless man sleeping on the table inside though. I should've taken the hint there that I should've just got back on the interstate and kept on trucking. But I had a belly full of liquor and beer that was fighting to have one more go at me and it had to be settled soon. The obvious decision was Nacho box no sour cream no lettuce because I'm not an animal. Paid for my meal, got my cup and went to fill up. Got my drink, had to walk to the opposite side of the building for lids and straws. I think to myself what kinda messed up backwards system are they even running here? I take a seat where the homeless man was sitting. He had taken his two mismatched sandals and transitioned to the side walk. Other patrons enter and get in line to order. I sit for 2 minutes..5 minutes..8 minutes... Now approaching the 15 minute mark. The people that ordered after me had already been served. Finally I get called for my meal and leave. It was below average taco Bell, didn't even finish it and Im sure I needed the nourishment. If you're still wasting your time reading this, then don't waste anymore by going here. When I got there there were 2 cars in the drive through so I went inside. When I went in there was one man in front of me trying to figure out what he wanted. Around 5 minutes later the cashier walked up and the guy told me he was still looking so I should go around him. When I stepped to the counter she walked away.... finally she came back and by then the guy knew what he wanted so I let him go first. She took his order and walked away again. By this point I had been in the store for more than 10 minutes. She had an attitude and was rude to customers asking her about the wait. As I stood there several people had come and gone because they were tired of waiting. When I looked at the back there was one woman older than the rest making ALL of the orders and 3 standing around doing nothing. Well, one was kicking a chicken tender around on the floor. I finally got mad and left without ordering like the others had. When I went out the drive through had a ton of cars and wasn't moving. I watched several leave without ordering. I would love to know how much mo ey this place loses because of its employees. The older woman was the only one worth having there. I won't go back as long as the same...
