I waited in line for 20 minutes before reaching the speaker to place my order. There was No electronic or digital menu board, just a limited poster menu staked into the ground. No one greeted me after waiting a couple of minutes so I said hello. No response. I waited a couple more minutes and said hello again. Still no response. By then I figured the electronic system must be down or something which would explain the long wait time. I couldn’t move forward because of the cars waiting ahead of me so I didn’t get to the cashier’s window for at least another 10 min from the time I reached the speaker. When I got there I tried placing my order for 3 combos and was told they don’t take orders at the window. I calmly explained the situation and was nonchalantly told I’d have to get back in the drive thru line to place my order. I told the lady I would not do that as I had already been in line for 30 min. She then went to get the manager and another lady took my order and told me to drive around to wait for them to make it. I had to walk back to the drive thru window myself (while another car was at the window) to get my food. By the time I got my food, I had been at Burger King for a full 50 minutes. Read moreThe lady that take order at this store is a thief!!! I believe she is the manager hence why she was able to do what she did. First of all this store doesn’t give receipt! I ordered the 2 for 5 croissant with a drink and I was charge over $9. I notice there is no way a drink will cost $4 so I made sure my next order the next day, I asked for a receipt. So the next day I came here and ordered something that I use to get for $6.95 I was charged $8.99 when I told her about it, she proceeded to give me cash. When I corrected her on how she is over charging me, she proceeded to give me another $1 cash making it $3!!! Which means she knows what she is doing. The male manager that use to be here was so good! Great smile and always welcome everyone plus he give receipt!!! I went back this morning to place an order, she heard my voice and told me to wait. I waited for 30 min there is no one on the line nobody whatsoever!!! She started giving me attitude cos clearly she is still mad from the day before cos I caught her. UPDATE 2: Only reason I go back to this place is because it's the only one in the area. After the girl at the drive up intercom said 'just a minute' a few times too many, I decided to go in. Two cars were ahead of me.
When I went in I found ONE kid in the food prep area. I say kid because he looked no older than an eight grader. Besides the girl at the window, no one else, though I heard the voice of one, possibly two talking in some back room.
I asked the kid if he were the only one there, while the girl from the window stood by listening and idly playing with her headphone set, showing no interest whatsoever.
I left. The two cars at the drive up were still sitting there.
