Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Orleans

One of the worst experience of my life me and my wife went in to order a small pizza and bread sticks in witch we where told they would be done in 15 minutes. We then went to Wal-Mart picked up a few things and went back about 20 minutes after ordering. My wife went in and they said that there were still not done they would be 10 minutes or less. We waited 10 minutes ( during the time we waited we watched over half if the employees messing around in the parking lot wile one or two remaind in the building attempting to work) she went in and was time that the oven broke and that they would deliver the pizza but even with all of are inconvenience they Still charged us a delivery fee. At this point I'm furious. We got to the hotel witch is around 300 yards up the road and waited 1 hour to finally hear a knock on the door. I got the the door and there was a nice delivery man with my small pizza and no cheese sticks. I asked about my cheeses sticks and he simply said "s* I will be right back" another hour went by so I called the store asked about my cheese sticks and was...

I ordered (8) pieces of Bar-BQ Wings and Garlic Twist, when the order arrived the Wings are delivered but not the Garlic Twist, I was charged $13.00 + other fees. In October 2021, I ordered One(1) Large Pepperoni 🍕 Pizza with Anchovies, and (1) ..2 liter Sprite. When the order arrived I had (2) large Pizzas with (2) .. 2 liter Sprite. I accepted the order as not to cause a problem, however this has been a common practice. I will not order anything from Papa John’s again. The driver/ delivery man said he run the store and manage all orders and I was the one who made the error on the order. First off the employees were not very welcoming. As we waited for our pizza and wings we noticed the one and only female working this day went outside wearing gloves and returned to prepare pizza wearing the same pair of gloves. She was politely asked to remove her gloves and wash her hands she began to mock the person with her coworkers. Long story short our order was wrong, over priced because of false advertisement, they gave us the wrong order of chicken wings ,the pizza was under cooked. It took 1/2 hr. to cook it in MY OWN OVEN before it was ready to eat.
