One of my go-to places when I got to New Orleans. This visit was during the 2023Jazz Fest. The only issue I had was that this homeless lady came in begging for my crawfish. The workers didn't ask her to go outside as she continued to ask for my crawfish and shrimp. I told her that if she hungry, I could go across the way and get her a burger and fries to fill her up bc Crawfish was not going to get you full. I couldn't enjoy my meal in peace.

WOW. A hole in the wall that everybody should eat at, at least once. We assembled our own crawfish boil with 7lbs of crawfish, corn, sausage and potatoes. So much delicious flavor with just enough spice to cause a sweat but not overpowering for our northern palettes (lol). The owners were friendly, even stopped by tableside to demonstrate the best way to enjoy crawfish. Excellent experience.

I would rate them 0 if it was possible. They embarrassed me. I ordered boiled seafood, crawfish for my grandparents on yesterday may 19 2023 and they had it packed with nothing but paws and on top to fool us they had a few crawfish on top of all the paws. What a waist of my money. So if you want crawfish it’s best that you go to the place and order yourself so that you can check out your order. Flavor was there but my grandparents were disappointed at the amount of PAWS and hardly...

Always get the gumbo, It's not the way I make gumbo, but damn it's good and spicy! I also always get the Fried seafood platter. The fish always comes out nicely, but I have a feeling it's Pagasius from Vietnam and not Louisiana farm-raised Catfish because of the shape and texture. I keep forgetting to ask for a light fry on the oysters, because they always have a burnt spot on them, and I'm not like most people from here that need to have everything cooked until it's hard...

We ordered crawfish and sides, but only got the crawfish. They had a decent spice, but were a bit too salty and just seemed poor quality. Almost like they were previously frozen or Chinese crawfish. They were rubbery, hard to peel, and dirty. The fat was all gray instead of the yellow/orange you would want. It seemed like their seasoning consisted of cayenne and salt; nothing else. Price was decent though, so if you want budget...
