Always get the gumbo, It's not the way I make gumbo, but damn it's good and spicy! I also always get the Fried seafood platter. The fish always comes out nicely, but I have a feeling it's Pagasius from Vietnam and not Louisiana farm-raised Catfish because of the shape and texture. We ordered crawfish and sides, but only got the crawfish. They had a decent spice, but were a bit too salty and just seemed poor quality. Almost like they were previously frozen or Chinese crawfish. They were rubbery, hard to peel, and dirty. The fat was all gray instead of the yellow/orange you would want. It seemed like their seasoning consisted of cayenne and salt; nothing else.
