Ordered an oyster poboy for takeout. The oysters were so black & burnt, I threw the whole plate away! I called the restaurant to complain & kept getting hung up on. The woman that answered the 2nd time had an attitude & told me the manager was on vacation (Yea right) & hung up in my face once again…The last time I called, I was told I’ll be receiving a refund that I have YET to receive. This place is just NASTY. They fry all their food in old cooking oil. It’s so bad, it tastes like you’re drinking the oil straight from the bottle (used oil at that) See photos & for PROOF!!!

Don’t walk here, RUN!!! From the customer service alone, I got the impression that this business cares about their food being the best quality and ensuring their customers are highly satisfied. Everything was great, the salmon bites were the highlight and the house made lemonade, but I would order everything again. Y’all go support this local business, they’re very deserving. P.S. owner/manager please list the salmon bites and crawfish pie on door dash so I can order it again please and thank you!

Just what we we’re looking for- somewhere out of the French Quarter, delicious po boys, non touristy type spot. We got shrimp po boys and a fish po boy, & buffalo ranch fries. All was devoured. Huge portions- my teen son said “that was a lot of food!”. Perfect. So happy we made the stop on our first trip to NOLA.

I was really looking forward to trying this place out, especially as a certified culinarian from Chicago who’s always on the lookout for new spots to enjoy and potentially collaborate with for future events. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

Part of my order was missing due to a new cashier not entering the ticket correctly which I completely understood. Mistakes happen, and I wasn’t opposed to come back and pick up the missing item. However, the real issue came from a staff member named Denise, who came from the back with a noticeably negative attitude. While I was on the phone speaking with a coworker about customer service in general, I overheard her say, “Give him his dollar back since he’s mad about ranch,” in a dismissive tone.

That level of unprofessionalism turned what could’ve been a small, easily resolved issue into a frustrating experience. I ended up asking for a full refund, not because of the missing item, but because of how the situation was handled.

It’s unfortunate because I was genuinely interested in supporting this business and potentially hosting an event with them. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve their customer service and internal communication.

In response… I didn’t come in with a negative attitude and your feedback saying you respect all customer yet I feel disrespected as I was out of your establishment cannot coincide. I was never disrespectful or rude to your staff. I get owning a small business but your comment caused you to lose money, product and a negative review in which was cause by the way YOU Handled a...

Alright let's jump right into it..these are the best wings I've had in a long time in New Orleans..its located on Tulane the block before Jeff Davis..the inside was clean, it's a little tight in there but there is table & chairs to sit at..I LOVED the ordering machine inside..yes, they have a register but they also have an ordering machine..I used the machine and I saw more favors than what was on the hanging menu! I'm so glad I used the machine..they have a bathroom inside, not sure if it was clean or not..inside the restaurant they had different games on the tables..let's get back to those wings..I placed an order for 2x 10 piece with fries & i added onion rings & Cajun rice to the order..the wings!! The wings flavors were hot honey, hot lemon pepper with seasoned fries & the other was honey BBQ & sweat heat..man that hot honey was so damn good..the hot lemon pepper was a little salty but what you expect with lemon pepper..I even tasted her sweet heat & they were pressure..I'm so mad I'm didnt get a pic of nothing..the onion rings had a sweet taste to them but I had them the next day & I dont recommend putting them in the microwave bc they won't be as crispy..I wasn't a fan of the Cajun rice but she definitely liked the rice..they need bigger ranch cups, that cup was too small for my 10 piece..if yall been reading my reviews you know I love a good fry & those hit the spot! Loved the food! Theres a lot on the menu so Noodle will definitely be back to try something different!! ALL FOOD IS COOKED TO ORDER SO PLEASE BE PATIENT!! Let's not forget it's a black...

I had a big order and so wanted to make sure they had plenty of time. I called on Thursday for a Sunday night pickup. It was 50+ wings with different flavors. I called on the phone and they were nice and said it would be ready when I got there. When I walked in there was a huge line with nobody being helped. I then finally got up and they said they lost my order. It was a huge order over the phone how could you lose it? They said they could remake it in 15 minutes (which I did not believe). It took almost 75 minutes and they were very rude about it. This is exactly why I called ahead (DAYS AHEAD) because I knew this would happen. Never ordering from...
