Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Orleans

Latest take out experience was absolutely disappointing. Crew did not practice cleanliness - Nor did it phase them when addressed. I witnessed a young lady prepare my pizza after "tossing her long braids, playing on her cell phone... and go directly to pick up the pizza dough. There were shoes sitting idle in the corner. I inquired about training/preparation process with another "team member" about who owned this franchise/location and he simply replied "a black couple" No names, info beyond that! You know I was ready to make a call! Asked if they used sanitary protection (hair nets, caps, gloves) and they don't - He said "they wash their hands! I have a nice video - I'm confused... they advertise "touchless" however, in preparation visible contamination at it's best. A follow up telephone call was placed to inquire about team members and unfortunately, the gentleman on the telephone advised "Ma'am, that was Me" not professional. Proper training in sanitation, customer service lacking. I would love to speak with the "new owners" - Searching LA Corporations immediately! Clean up your act Franchise #.... ??? It is my wish to speak with upper management... Escalate please if...

NEGATIVE 5 STARS had to give one star to comment and tell the truth! I went to the Papa John's on Tulane. I ordered two papadias and extra banana peppers. When I picked up my order I asked for the peppers and was told they were in the box. Made a call to the store because I didn't have the peppers Manager had a bad attitude. I waste gas and he told me was going to give me a 2 Lt. That's it with an attitude, UNPROFESSIONAL !! If you want Papa John's don't go on Tulane try another location . Please disregard...

Without a doubt this is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had I asked for the crust to be overcooked overdone instead this thing so soggy and limp you couldn't get it to crunch if you wanted to... After the five ingredients that I ordered on my pizza I got two and out of those two one of them was wrong go figure I'll never order from this place again these people can go screw themselves themselves... If I could give it no stars I would... I strongly suggest that you check the reviews other reviews for...
