I hate to leave a bad review, but it has to be said. This location in Algiers is the worst PJ's I have ever been too. This past week including today I have ordered the same ice-cold brew coffee with pure cane syrup and 3 times already I have had to get out of my car and go inside for the workers to fix my coffee correctly. Why do I need to go back for my order to be fixed? That's the point of having a quick Drive thru. I get charged .80 cents extra for the syrup and never get it in my coffee. The young male worker takes the order and then asks you again once you get by the window to repeat yourself again. Why can't you just get it right the first time? I went in store to get my money back and the acting manager took so long to give me a refund that I asked them to just put the correct sugar in my coffee. It seems like they do this on purpose or something. What I don't understand is how is it that you can't find a physical receipt that I just signed for (10 mins ago). Also, there were some men who clearly are probably the owners on their laptops and talking and none of them tried to help me fix this issue. I will never go to this PJs in Algiers ever again. Side note. Their sweets are...
Read moreWhile the kids working there are nice, the consistency and knowledge/training on making various coffee’s are horrible! The latest ownership of this shop seems to show no interest in the business or making it better. It’s sad that it’s beginning to suck!
I’ve copied and pasted this review because I thought it was just me! This is the closest Pj’s to my house so I like to go there but I literally waste my money everytime! Ethan is the only barista that is consistent with my drinks. But I haven’t seen him in a while. NOBODY ELSE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE ANYTHING! I drive to the one in Harvey where my drink is always correct. But I don’t always have time and they close early. So, I result to going to Starbucks across the street or another local coffee shop in Algiers point. But every now and then I give them another try and the drinks are still terrible. It’s so...
Read moreCame in this morning as I do every morning and Emily was the best. I get the same thing every morning and it’s never made the way it should be but Emily made it the way it should have been. She was super sweet and welcoming. She greeted me right away and took my order with a smile on her face. She didn’t rush me and took her time making the drinks I ordered. I asked her for her name and she said “ Emily “ with not a worry in the world on why I was asking and a smile on her face. It’s all of the little things that matter. Most times I’m met with a bland or dry welcoming and my order is taken with no smile, no recommendations, and I’m rushed. Emily was so sweet and warm. I loved her and I hope she’s there a lot longer.
If you can see this, Thank you so much Emily. I enjoyed you and the drinks you made. I’ll be calling to personally ask for...
