This location is so ignorant. I order a velvet ice. It’s liquified asf barely any ice. Also I had to tell them how to make a cold brew - which has cold foam and no ice. Instead I got a bunch of milk and a bunch of ice. Cold brew and iced coffee are two different things and two different prices. And to top it off. I ordered two drinks and was almost charged for 3 until I made them check again. I didn’t even have time to fuss about my drinks. I just left and went to another location. I’ll just deal with it later with my bank.

I go here to get a granita. I have been going here for years and they used to make the best granita around ! the past few months. They have been horrible by time I get home with my drink it’s nothing but foam and ice with a little tiny bit of coffee at the bottom. I don’t know if they’re doing something different but it’s really a waste of money. UPDATED 10/18/25 tried to email y’all says NO such address ! Went today to give it another try was even worse a waste of $15

Very quick service. My order was perfect and I didn’t need to add anything. This was probably the best drink I’d gotten from a barista! Visibly appeasing environment. There was a a nice fact about the owner at the drive thru window. I will definitely travel to this location.

I used to love the convenience of this PSs, but after today I won’t be returning. The young man behind the window sounded like he didn’t want to be there at all and talked down to me when I misheard him through the drive-through. I feel certain he decided to mess with my order because of it.

I ordered 3 things: a hot spinach and feta croissant which felt like it was microwaved for 3 seconds. The cheese was still cold on the inside and it was so broken in the bag it looked as if someone had thrown it against the wall.

A mocha velvet ice that was the most bitter drink I’ve ever had. 0 sweetness just coffee and cocoa powder

A chocolate chip cookie that had a piece of it missing as if someone had broken it off before putting it in the bag

I’ll never eat here again and regret the $16 lunch I tried...

I used to come here a lot. In the beginning, that changed drastically. I now go to the one on Airline or the one in harrahan. And if I want stuffed beignets I travel all the way to New Orleans east! BUT THIS LOCATION IS NEVER GETTING MY MONEY EVERY AGAIN, I tried to give them chance after chance THIS PLACE IS UNHEALTHY I REPEAT CHECK YOU DRINKS BEFORE YOU LEAVE…. ALL TOGETHER HONESTLY THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN… NO one knows how many people has gotten sick after drinking or eating from this location ! Velvet ice sometimes taste like alcohol. Good location and most of the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the coffee is never really hot and both drive throughs have been broken for weeks. My final frustration was ordering through the app for curbside pickup (they require you to enter you make, car color, and license plate), the app noting it would be ready in 15 minutes, waiting over 15 minutes with no order in sight, calling, getting fussed at, and finally when I asked to have the order canceled she hung up on me.
