I have spent probably a thousand dollars at this raw republic. I have literally had the manager Lea personally forget my smoothie through an Ubereats order and give me credit. 8/9/24 I ordered two smoothies and asked for them to leave out cayenne and Maca which I have an intolerance too. They didnât follow the instructions so I contacted them and Uber without any response back. My husband (the nicest and sweetest guy ever) went into the store and not only were they incredibly rude to my husband but they refused to remake us our smoothies. They treated him like he was a criminal. My husband overheard them saying they need to fire the girl who they went up to ask if she made the smoothie correctly to which she responded she did. I canât imagine working in this environment and it definitely seems like manager is seriously cruel to her employees. The manager said she could only give my husband one free smoothie and she had to go to her appointment. On the other end the girl at the counter was claiming that my husband politely asking to have our smoothies remade was âtoo much for her to handleâ mentally and then when I finally came in to see what was going on she told me to chase down the manger in her truck. Who told me to contact Uber and refused to give me her name and just drove off. Idk what kind of policies these are that someone literally has to chase down the manager on the street for a mistaken order but here we are. In the past I noticed the manager had a really intense vibe but this is just crazy this couldâve been simply fixed by doing the right thing which is remaking an order that you made a mistake on especially for a 15...
Read moreâRaw Republicâ is a outstanding place that I would recommend to any vegan like myself including non-vegan. I will definitely find time to visit again once I return from my deployment.
Why not Five-Stars?
The âMoon Dreamâ smoothie surprise me with great flavor and texture which was worth the cost. However even though the âAvo Toastâ was good, the amount of food you receive was disappointing. Iâm a vegan man that eats a lot and always searching for outstanding food when I travel. If all you can serve me is two tiny pieces of avocado toast cut in half that can fix on my hand with extra space then maybe you should rethink your proportions, please. Those two things cost $21 overall and it shouldnât.
My point: Anyone can make a delicious avocado toast at home, so make a bold statement that reflects âRaw Republicâ because that avocado didnât.
On a side note: The young lady this morning working at the entrance was very kind, knowledgeable and always had a lovely smile which makes any day brighter. (She need...
Read moreThe associates at Raw Republic are polite and helpful. I'm not sure what their relationship is to The Vibrant Market upstairs, but our visit on Sunday 1/12 was unimpressive. We entered the room where there were two males; one was seated at a table working on his laptop, the second was just joining him as we approached the top of the stairs. The female appeared to be arranging merchandise. We greeted everyone and no one responded. It wasn't clear to us which of them were employees as none of them spoke to us the entire time. My companion and I spent approximately 10 minutes in the store and I was tempted to talk openly about stealing something just to see if anyone there cared. So we did.
Or did we? They wouldn't know. We left and they...
