UPDATE 2: WELL, I sent the corporate office a letter, via mail, and got no response. And a complaint filled with the BBB months ago finally made it's way to the local office, but they got no response either. No problem though. Because by then my bank had already reversed the charge. Forget Wendy's.
UPDATE: I'm still waiting for my money back. No response to email or online customer complaint forms, so I called them and spoke to a rep named Lorne who emailed me promising they'd "reach out to me soon." Nine days later still nothing, and no reply from Lorne either.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I downloaded the Wendy's app and placed my first order for pickup, prepaid so all I'd need do was pick it up. Only that didn't work so well at the Bullard locale.
I announced myself at the drive up speaker and i was told to drive through. But when I got to the window she didn't seem to know who i was, then another woman came to the window berating me for not telling them I was there. Well, I had, and that was 20 minutes ago (because the line was extra slow).
Realizing the order wasn't even ready I told them to cancel the order. She said she couldn't, I'd have to do it online. Only I couldn't do that either. And I'll probably have to go through all kinds hassle just to get my money back. A total...
Read moreUsually This location is always my go to for the Apple Pecan Salad....BUT my experience today was extremely horrible! I order a single baconator and when my meal was brought to me (wrapped)... i unwrapped it and noticed that there was hair on my bacon. I immediately brought it to the front counter and the cashier took it and showed it to what i assume is the manager ( African American male with short dreadlocks)... he in turn walked near the sandwich making stations and showed it to 2 females ( both werent wearing a hair net) with extremely long weaves... After showing them the sandwich, one of the females walked out of my view and the manager can be heard saying "put a hair net on"... he handed someone the sandwhich and in turn handed BACK TO ME! Is this what Wendys is teaching their employees to do with other's food?
As my family and I was getting ready to leave the establishment, My husband and I noticed how the entire staff was looking at me as if they did something that they know they should not have done!

Read moreThe place is always clean employees are pleasant and helpful. Every time we go there our order has always been right and hot. Never had to wait long for our food. I would recommend it to anyone as a good place to eat. I am sad to write this review, this place has went straight down hill. The 3rd time in a row it turned out to be a horrible experience...it was about 3-3:30 yesterday. Literally NO ONE in the restaurant and 2 cars in the drive through. It looked to be a full staff about 6-7 people(adults). We waited at the counter for someone to take our order 13 minutes. It was another 20 minutes before our food was ready. My husband ordered a Dave's Double meal adding a fully loaded fry. I got a crispy chicken with extra mayo. D'S burger had one freshly cooked burger but the other one was old and hard he couldn't even chew it. My sandwich was hard and my frosty was straight runny like water!
