McDonald's — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

Family and I went there, ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, 2 doubles, a regular cheeseburger, 6 piece nugget Happy meal and a medium fry. All of our food was bordering between cold and barely lukewarm when we finally got it about 10 minutes after ordering. Finally got our food, realized that the chicken sandwiches weren't hot or even warm and took them back to the counter, took them back to get replacements and then went back to sit and eat the rest of our food while waiting. Only to then find out that the cheeseburgers were also barely warm and that our son's nuggets felt almost chilled. Went back to the counter and told the manager I needed to speak with her when she got a moment and went to sit back down. She for some reason waited the 3-5 minutes to come to speak to us until the chicken sandwiches were ready, explained that all the food was either cold or barely lukewarm except for the fries she then copped a minor attitude talking about how she doesn't know how it's all cold because she's the one who pulled it out. That's when I told her that I saw that our food was sitting on the counter and I both saw and heard her asking when the next double would be out. She changed her tune after that. That was the GM, M-some thing. Betsy the other manager however was great, very apologetic and was annoyed with the situation as well. Gave us the choice of a refund or our food being remade. We decided just to have our food remade because our son was having fun playing on the playground. 20 minutes later the 3 burgers and the nugget comes out. Nuggets were fine but the burgers still weren't warm and the buns looked like they had gotten soggy and we're actually hard. Unacceptable for any restaurant. That was an hour into it so I asked for our money back and we left.

Do yourselves a favor, make Betsy the GM because the current one is incompetent and unapologetic even when she should be. We won't be visiting this location again any time soon unless the current GM is gone. Oh and this was between the times of 3 and 4pm so it's not even like there was a rush. They also parked a few cars that ended up having long waits for their food and we were the only ones in the dining room at...

Most of the people here are great, but overall the service is more often terrible than it is great. Some days the drive through is quick, other days it is absurdly slow. I have to check my order every time to make sure it's right, since at least 50% of the time it isn't. I have to repeat my order almost every time I visit. The other day I waited 20 minutes for two coffees while everyone just walked around looking clueless. When I finally politely told the woman that I ordered 2 coffees and have been waiting for 20 minutes, she was clearly irritated by it, though she had ample opportunity to pour them and hand them to me during the 20 minutes I was there. Same woman argued with me for having my order wrong a week before. A very simple order too.

I'm beginning to lose interest in going here for food anymore. I've called and complained politely several times and am met with nothing but clear disinterest. The managers don't do their jobs, the workers are poorly trained, and even downright...

Honestly if I can give zero Stars I would have but it doesn't give you the option. This place is absolutely disgusting and the staff are very rude. Just went through there with my wife and got breakfast as soon as we get back home my wife goes to eat her egg and bacon biscuit and there was a long gray hair in it. We called up there and spoke with it so called manager she was very rude from the beginning. We asked if they were hairnets she said no they wear hats. She also said there was nobody there with long gray hair which was a complete lie because when we pulled up to the window to pay there were two older women with long gray hair with their hair down in the hat on top of their hair. We asked for a refund for our order and she said that she could just replace the biscuit. Mind you the hair was in my wife's mouth after she took the bite that is absolutely disgusting. We are definitely going to call corporate and the health department needs to check this place out soon....
