Jimmy John's — Restaurant in New Richmond

We ordered delivery from Jimmy John's for lunch. They were fast getting us our order but forgot all of our drinks. The driver said he would run and get them and be right back. Twenty five minutes later he still had not returned. I called and was told he should be here any minute but if he wasn't here in five minutes to call back and they would send another driver. Ten minutes later I called back and was told they were really busy and only had three drivers so he would come but it might be awhile and they couldn't tell me when because they had a lot of new orders to get out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We will not order...

I could not rate lower than one. I had to call the store and tell them they suck and next time I will go to subway for a sandwich. I sent my son out to get 12 inch sandwiches for the family. They were out of 12 Inch french bread. So he brings back these sandwiches that look more like 4 inch with nothing hardly in it. I guess if the customer ask for 12 inch they should probably give them two sandwhiches to make up the difference. I could have saved the money and made a sandwich at home that would have...

Every time I come here and this associate is working, I am left feeling energized and happy. She is always so kind and professional. I wish I caught her name, but she has blonde hair which is always pulled back in a ponytail. Today she made my sandwich, included extra mayo packets in my bag, and complimented me on my shirt. The other girl, Jessica, who took my order was also kind. Associates like these should be recognized more often because they definitely make coming here for my lunch...
