I ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins for my son’s birthday, and I have to say—the team went above and beyond! It was an unusual design in the shape of a cooked turkey. Kelly the manager called me multiple times to keep me updated because they were having a bit of trouble getting the design just right. I didn’t catch the cake designers name but she did excellent. I know she was stressed. Rather than rushing it or settling, they offered alternative options, took the time to get it as close to perfect as they could, and made sure I was happy every step of the way.

My brother and his girlfriend drove separately and walked in just a bit behind us - the manager told them she wouldn't be serving them, despite the fact that the store had not yet closed. No one was friendly. As a previous food service worker, I was disappointed in the lack of desire to fulfill business hours.
