C's Waffles NSB (SR 44) — Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach

Im not usually the type to go out of my way to write a bad review but this needs to be shared. I work in the same plaza as this restaurant, have been for 3 years. We order breakfast from them frequently. Usually we always have a good experience and the staff is friendly. Today I ordered what I always order, a bagel with cream cheese and bacon on it, with a side of home fries. Today I got a toasted bagel half the usual size with a side of cream cheese in a tub, and there was no bacon. The receipt said bagel w cream cheese and a side of bacon, thats not what I said at all and there was no side of bacon! Usually when i order it the sandwich is already made, o and also no homefries. I wasnt aware my breakfast was assembly required. However I understand mistakes happen and things can go wrong were all Human.

What made me and unsatisfied customer was, when I called to correct my order I was told I was wrong, and that is what I ordered. Even though this is the same order Ive placed dozens of times. My staff and I do not think its a good idea to order from here again, its really sad. Used to...

Disappointed. We have been to c waffle before, just not this location until this morning. First, waitress saw us come and and sit down they had a conversation on who was going to serve us. She then decides to finish her conversation and coffee before greeting us. Next thing my husband notices is the waitress touching her face, eyes and scratching her head at the counter. As we discuss us leaving due to the possibility of lice and pink eye our food comes. It looks "ok" she forgets half of my husbands meal and has to go get it, this is a lie she never put it in and the kitchen is now making the "world famous hashbrowns" we finish breakfast as the hashbrowns arrive - gross - no flavor no salt "world famous". I can say my waffle was actually good, my eggs looked dirty like the grille was not cleaned at all. Listen hire some decent staff who can be ready to serve people at 730 and clean ur grille - serve safe...

I went into waffles to get a breakfast before errands. My waitress who was assigned (Kristen B # 72) to my table never came to my table once. Michael did all her work! Taking order, bringing food, etc. she was all over the table of 5 which would surely get her a bigger tip. Discrimination??? You tell me. she continued to ignore me completely and Michael came over Again and again to help out. This girl finally had the audacity to come to the table with my bill. Seriously, did she think I would give her a tip? Michael did all the work and I hand him my tip personally. I eat out a lot and this is the worse excuse for a waitress/ service I have ever had.
