The horrible customer service at this location is sad. I went there in my lunch time very short on time. I got one latte. The woman that prepares the handcrafted beverages was chit chatting with another worker. They saw me standing there waiting for my drink. They did not care to take care of the customer at all. I usually have a lot of patience but I was running late. I waited 5 minutes of their chit chatting before I got closer to the table where they leave ready drinks. Another worker saw me and tried to wave at those two trying to get their attention signing there was a customer waiting. They kept talking. Then that same worker went around through the back and waved at them again from the back trying to again call their attention. They couldn’t care less. I got closer to the counter and the woman had the nerve of coming finally and instead of making my drink she asked me with a smart arse attitude; “Do you have a question?” I said so nicely “no, I’m waiting for my drink” Then she started making it. Needless to say I got half cup empty. Are you serious? Please take care of the customers first then you can continue with your BS!

New to the area, I had passed Wawa ,only seeing a fueling station and convenience store, but sensed it was more. This morning, I had to set out without coffee or breakfast, and luckily Wawa was in route. I was very impressed at first, with the wide range of choices, and more-so as Dulce, a young lady employee , walked me through the process of making choices utilizing one of the touch-screens to create my own Egg Omelet Bowl . (Delicious !) I noticed that there is a Wawa app that you can download and create an order from your mobile device, too.

Below is my review from September. I came back today, late October, nothing has changed. Go to either Publix or Firehouse Subs a block West of here, or Big Joe's on Canal and do yourself a favor. SEPTEMBER I had lunch today at this Wawa. I've been going to Wawa since 1996. Remember when they actually used to slice the meat? Not anymore. Now they are a sub shop like many other chains, with one difference. Other chains use a big sub roll. This Wawa uses what looks like an Olive Garden bread stick. And I waited in line for this.

Unlike other gas stations that have a "convenience store", Wawa is a convenience store that also happens to have gas pumps. Think of it as 2 fully independent parts that merged together. While the selection of pakaged and bottled food items is numerous, and it offers more content than other convenience stores, don't expect it to be a miniaturized grocery store. What really makes Wawa special is their own designated sections to make deli-like foods and a specialty hot and cold drinks. The food and drinks they offer are of a higher quality than other competitors. The hoagies, quesadillas, and other sandwiches are served nice and warm and go well with a side or their many types of soups. As for their countless selection of specialty drinks... if you name it, they probably have it. The Smoothies here are the main attraction, with many different varieties of fruit and flavored cream ones to choose from. Their milkshakes have a rich creamy texture definitive of a real milkshake. Their Flurricanes aren't soft serve ice cream at all. They are so thick that straws simply won't do. They also have their own coffee dispensers that work well for people in a hurry. Not to mention hot Lattes, Macchiatos, and other choices if you don't mind the wait. This is also probably the only place within 10 miles that serves hot, cold, and frozen CHAI TEA. Give it a try maybe. These specialty drinks really do earn the name of refreshments. The pricing for gas here tends to be slightly below the average prices from other competitors. The standard products they offer are somewhat cheap as well. The deli and specialty drinks start to hit moderate territory. Expect $2-4 dollars for a 32oz premium specialty drink. In some exceptions, take the 4$ 18oz Flurricane for example, it's probably a better choice to get a Blizzard at Dairy Queen to get more for your dollar. Whether or not the quality is worth the money is up to you. Great customer service. The employees do look content working here. They'll give you great advice on what hot and cold foods to choose from. An employee in service named Lisa was exceptional. Had no problems here. The interior I can describe as wide and spacious, but also nice and cozy. It manages to divide the sections up while also flowing seamlessly into each other. Restrooms are nice and clean. The outdoor seating area has a simple charm to it and is a nice bonus. Just looks great all around. Treat this as a premium convenience store that also has gas pumps. There really isn't any other place quite like this in NSB. It's a...

Worst wawa I've ever been to. Coming from NJ where wawa's are on every corner this one was terrible. I ordered a sub on a Sunday night around 8pm walked the store and grabbed chips and a box of donuts for breakfast. Paid for everything then went to the deli where all the employees were gathered talking about who was dating who. I stood there waiting for my sandwich while the employee gave me the stink eye. I asked for my order and he said " oh yea I'm working on that now" he then went back to talking about the girls dating life. After 3 minutes or so he started making the sandwich ... immediately I saw he had put the wrong cheese on it , when I pointed the problem out he said " oh sorry " and slid the roll with cheese down the counter away from him. Then the next roll he proceeded to slather enough mayo for 3 sandwiches and he threw the meat and cheese and rest on it and wrapped it real quick. The attitude of the employee went beyond "i was bothering him " into something else and I honestly was afraid to eat the sub. This employee obviously doesn't like working at wawa, assuming it interferes with his dating scene. Sorry wawa but this store is terrible in the setup and isn't run...

Wawa is the BEST place to get ur gas, an amazing Bowl "Customized" of course, and u can eat it outside on a Nice Day!!! To me, Wawas is the #1 place to go!!! The ONLY THING I WISH THEY DID HAVE WOULD BE A SLURP OR SLUSHY STATION!!!! BUT I guess that's what makes each Gas Station "UNIQUE"!!! Slurp and/or Slushy is 7-11 "THING". Murphy's USED TO BE THE BEST BUT ONCE THEY GOT RID OF THE DRIVE THRU, I WAS DONE WITH THEM!!! NOT ONLY BCUZ OF THAT BUT IT WASN'T LONG AFTER THE DRIVE THRU CLOSED, I NOTICED I DIDN'T KNOW THE PPL INSIDE MURPHY'S LIKE I USED TO!!! THEY MUST HAVE CLEANED"HOUSE" AFTER CLOSING THE DRIVE THRU!!! THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT ANY GAS STATIONS, RESTAURANTS, & ANY OTHER JOB WHERE U HAVE TO DEAL WITH PPL ALL DAY. MOST IMPORTANT THING IS UR EMPLOYEES!!! IF THEIR NICE, SAY HI BCUZ THEY'RE REALLY MEANING IT, & THE BEST THING ABOUT GREAT EMPLOYEES IS WHEN U GET UP TO THE COUNTER & UR PPL/EMPLOYEES ALREADY HAVE UR CIGS SCANNED AND ANYTHING ELSE THEY KNOW U NEED OR MIGHT LIKE!! I'M TELLING U, THAT'S WHAT MAKES ALL THESE JOBS MOST PPL WOULDN'T DARE DO... BETTER!!! SO SORRY THAT I WENT ON N ON ABOUT THIS!!! PLS 4GIVE ME 4 SUCH A LONG REVIEW!! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S A...
