I used to love coming here for my pet essentials! Today I went in to buy a couple new fish for my tank, I went home put them in my tank to acclimate (while still in the bag) and within 5 minutes one fish had died. Now I didn’t want to pour the rest of the living fish in my tank Incase they had ink or another disease that could harm my whole tank(in which she had told me earlier when I was buying the fish that other tanks did intact have ink).I had to finish a couple of things before I could go back and return the dead fish. When I got there I spoke to the manger who told me that I pretty much “cooked the fish” and “that she doesn’t feel comfortable with giving me more fish”... I was appalled by what she had said to me and I told her I would like a refund then. She goes on to tell me that she can’t refund me for the live fish but could for the dead one. I agreed to just getting a refund and taking the other 3 home, then the manager goes on to change her mind and proceed to tell me that before I get more fish I need to figure out my tank first... (I have several tanks that all do very well) after she had told me that it’s on my end I was shocked, she THEN tells me “I’m trying to work with you, I need you to work with me” at the end of the day I would never go back and will never recommend going to this store to anyone. Read moreI shop for my job as well as personal shopping at the NSB location. Well, I used to shop at the NSB location. After the non-customer service I had today, I will not shop there again. I was in there for my job shopping today and needed help with an item, one particular employee refused to help me multiple times while in the store. At first I figured that this employee was helping another person but then help avoiding me to find someone else to help. Finally decided to refund the item I was looking for and went to cash out...same employee decided to leave the store with a customer (supposedly helping that customer) and left me to wait to cash out with another cashier who already had a customer. The original employee cost my company money and cost pet supermarket money on a non-sale. I will also never go to this store again for personal shopping (I spend a lot of money there regularly on fish tank stuff). Not again. I will purposely drive 20 miles away for fish tank supplies from now on. This employee should never alienate a customer whether the customer working or personal. Read moreI wouldn't go to this Puppy Mill ever again!! I had to drive an Hour bcuz they wouldn't give QUOTES on how much a puppy is AND THAT'S BCUZ THEY'RE INSANELY EXPENSIVE!!!! The "Cheapest" puppy there was OVER $1,000!!!! I mean they OBVIOUSLY KNOW HOW RIDICULOUS THEIR PRICES ARE BCUZ NO MATTER HOW FAR UR HAVING TO DRIVE, THEY DON'T CARE OR ELSE THEY WOULD"QUOTE" THEIR PRICES!!! ANYWAY, I'm really HAPPY I didn't have the $$ for their puppies (NOT bcuz they weren't ADORABLE, bcuz they WERE) BUT I found the BEST RESCUE DOG a few weeks later!!! Rescued dogs NEED HOMES, LOVE, & FAMILIES TOO!!! And my Corgi, Emmy, is the smartest, most Beautiful, & Amazing Dog I've been Blessed enough to find after I lost my Lil Pom Chewy a Lil over 2yrs ago!! May he RIP 🐕💙🌈🙏☝ I KNOW my Chewy had a hand in me being able to RESCUE Emmy!! (Let's face it though, SHE REALLY RESCUED ME AFTER THE 💔 OF MY 16YR OLD Chewy!!!)
