"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my experience at Papa John’s #782. I was subjected to discrimination during my tenure; I was told training was 5 weeks, after just 2 weeks I was abruptly let go. However, what is perplexing is the inconsistent and fragmented training I received. I had two trainers, AGM Emily and GM Sonja, who approached training in vastly different ways. AGM Emily merely handed me papers, while GM Sonja actively walked me through the process. It is disheartening to note that there was a significant lack of consistency in the training provided to me. I have extensive experience in the restaurant industry. I have never before encountered such blatant ageism in the workplace. The lack of coordination and effective training created a confusing environment. When I spoke with GM Sonja to inquire about the decision, she offered a vague explanation, stating that it was more than just the computer work. Also, she stated that she was "just doing what she was told". However, she could not provide any further details to clarify the situation. It was disheartening to hear that she was willing to follow orders blindly, even if it meant disregarding my performance and abilities. I also reached out to the District Manager, Robert Offner, to express my concerns. However, my experience with him was equally disappointing. He was defensive, rude, and unprofessional before I could even articulate my concerns. His demeanor and attitude further reinforced my belief that this franchise was not committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Papa John’s has a responsibility to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and without bias. Several concerns arise regarding the quality of service and sanitation at this franchise location. Firstly, AGM Emily and her boyfriend were observed smoking vapes inside the restaurant while on duty. This not only violates company policies but also compromises the health and safety of customers and employees. Secondly, insiders were spraying cleaning products over open food on the makeline during business hours. This practice is highly concerning and poses a risk to food safety. Thirdly, on occasions, insiders swept up trash and proceeded to make pizzas without washing their hands. This lack of basic hygiene practices is unacceptable and undermines the trust and confidence of customers. In conclusion, my experience at this franchise location was far from satisfactory. I was discriminated against, received inconsistent and fragmented training, and witnessed unethical practices that jeopardized the health and safety of customers and employees. I strongly urge others to avoid supporting this business and to prioritize ethical and responsible practices in their operations."

This is the second time that we have ordered with an estimated delivery time of 45-50mins and the second time it didn’t show up when it was supposed to. I called and Weston picked up the phone and informed me that the driver hasn’t picked it up yet (implying that my pizza has been sitting there for over a hour). When I asked how much longer, he informed me that it would be an additional 30mins (it was an additional 40 mins). When I expressed my frustration, he told me I could call corporate or he could cancel the order. I didn’t want to cancel because my children were hungry and I didn’t know what else to do considering we wasted all this time waiting on the pizza, so I told him I would wait. The pizza showed up and was so cold the cheese had a rubber texture to it. Weston should not be a manager because how he handled it was SO WRONG. My kids had to eat overly priced rubber for dinner and yet the driver still got the hefty tip that papa Johns recommends we give them BEFORE delivery. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME!!!!

   Read moreOk so this is a Awesome gone oops… I’m a regular for years and have had one problem in the past of a reg cut on my square cut of the pizza I always get… Bbq chicken no bacon add Canadian bacon add pineapples extra bbq cheese stuff square cut crust… Today I had guests… I ordered a regular bbq chicken regular crust square cut extra bbq, Canadian bacon with No pineapple… THEY ARE SO AWESOME THEY MADE ME MY NORMAL PIZZA JUST BY SEEING MY NAME AND ADDRESS!!!! I love this and made me feel great and smile! I called and told them the situation and Emily said I got you and no don’t worry about it eat the other pizza! I understand… The same delivery driver Tina brought me the correct pizza in under 30 minutes! So awesome the management here RULES! It shows throughout this location with an exceptional attitude!!!
