Came excited for an open jam night, but it felt more like Linda’s personal karaoke hour. She runs the whole thing with an iron mic—and unfortunately, she’s not exactly the next Adele. Her singing is… a choice, and not a great one.

Worse than that, she clearly doesn’t want actual talent to shine. Most of the time was filled with her performing or choosing her friends. Newcomers barely got a chance to touch the stage, let alone actually perform. I watched multiple people with instruments just give up and leave—including Leo, who waited patiently for over three hours. She skipped him on purpose, then had the audacity to mock him for “walking out” as if he wasn’t right to be frustrated.

Meanwhile, her son and daughter-in-law walked in and were on stage within 15 minutes. The favoritism was blatant—and honestly, disrespectful to everyone else waiting their turn.

BUT—credit where it’s due—the trumpet and saxophone players were absolutely amazing. Her son also sounded great—genuinely talented. That is, until Linda jumped in trying to harmonize and completely threw it off.

Her daughter-in-law? Stunning. She nailed an Alanis Morissette cover and sounded like she should be on Broadway. Easily one of the best performances of the night. But of course, Linda couldn’t resist jumping in and messing with that moment too.

And someone PLEASE let Michael, the guitarist, run this jam. His rock sets were the only time the room had real energy and connection. The guy knows what he’s doing—he should be in charge, not sidelined.

If you’re looking for a real open jam with community, fairness, and freedom to perform, this isn’t it. It’s the Linda Show, and unless you’re in her inner circle, your talent won’t matter. Very...

We usually frequent this place every Tuesday for the comedy auction put on by DJ E Rock... This was one of the third time we ever won the free drinks and we happen to win two of them... now it was specified that they needed to be used tonight so at the end of the night we went to go use to said free drinks from the bar on the existing bill that we had, having done that in the past. The waitress who's never waited on us before and we are locals and frequent the place quite often.. told us we were not allowed to use the free drinks that we won during the bingo auction on our bill... we would have to order new drinks to do so.. not wanting to over drink and having used the free drinks on existing drinks on the bill before we asked her to do so... she refused and stated you're not allowed to... even though the host DJ E-Rock and the person putting on the auction both said it's been done before they should be allowed to do it.. unfortunately she still would not do it for us and proceeded to bring me the bill and put it on the table and walk away... Come to find out this is the first time she's ever worked a Tuesday and everyone is flabbergasted and dumbfounded as to why she would act this way about free drinks only two of them that the bar gave to the host to give away.. I will not be back and it's a sad situation because I am a local and I do enjoy this bar and the entertainment it puts on especially on a Tuesday but they have lost two or more customers because of the actions of one person waiting tables that has never waited tables during a Tuesday event.. she is usually in the crowd drinkingand winning...

CHARGED FOR 4 EXTRA SHOTS!! We ordered beers for 4 of us, then 2 orders of nachos. Then we went to play the machines, and one of our party ordered 4 shots, then our nachos came out. Looked like a deep dish of nachos but it was very shallow and not worth the $13.99 for each. Went to close out my tab and it was $107. I reviewed it and saw it had 8 shots on the bill. I told her we only ordered 4, and she claimed the other guy ordered 4 more. I told her he didn’t and she argued with me. So I paid the bill & tipped $22. I found our friends and asked them if they ordered 4 more shots - and of course no. Went back to the bar with my buddy and was ignored. Told the guy behind the bar that we were overcharged 4 shots and he just pointed to the gal, who was our server. We told her we had only ordered 4 shot and she then claimed that it must have been ‘another group of 4 people’ that sat in our spot (there was nobody there and our 4 chairs were still empty). So then she had to grab the guy, who voided out our original bill and then re-rang it with only 4 shots. Tipped $17 this time. No apologies or anything and they both seemed ‘put out’ to fix it. Then we won some money on the machines and went to cash in our slip. Again ignored and when they finally helped, took a while to cash it out. When we said keep 2 of the dollars for a tip, he was sarcastic about ‘the tip’ and then just threw our remaining money on the bar in front of me. I saw another review below about being over charged also. REVIEW YOUR BILL...

This low-key bar is a hidden gem in NSB, offering $7 Bloody Marys you just can’t beat. It has that charming hole-in-the-wall vibe (in the best way) with accordion glass walls that open onto Flagler, creating a welcoming indoor-outdoor atmosphere. The space is surprisingly roomy, perfect for a casual hangout. The menu is limited to classic bar food, but the focus seems to be more on the ambiance and drinks. Live music most nights, according to their menu, adds to the appeal. Service is attentive and friendly, making it a spot worth checking out.

Great Open Mic Band Nights on Sundays No food after 9pm??? Lots of Drunk Persons going home intoxicated. I am a photographer and saw all this happening and tried to help by trying to bring patrons a block away to eat, At Peanuts you can get plenty of booze but no food equals problems if you stop serving more than a hour before you close.
