There are a few Starbucks in Wilmette but this location on Green Bay and Washington is my favorite. Why? Because of the Staff. The amazing kind people that are always happy and greet you with a smile. Today I was assisted by Sandra and she seriously made my day. I had a rough morning earlier but I can honestly say because of Sandra's kind and gracious attitude and great customer service she turned my day around. I hope your manager knows what a great person you are and how lucky they are to have you. Thanks again, Sandra !!!

I have to give a star to leave a review apparently. This was the slowest service, which isn't the worst of it. My husband ordered three drinks so I get that it take time. However the man that was serving us what's actively bleeding on the back of his right hand and wiping the blood away with his hand the whole time while handling our drinks. He was not wearing a band aid, just continued to make our drinks. We left the drinks out on top of their garbage. Just disgusting, pandemic or not. I'm a nurse and I'm just shocked...

The dirty blonde barista was extremely rude to me. I know my order my heart. I ordered extra vanilla sweet cream. The cashier even said: I will make sure it is extra. They do charge more for extra vanilla sweet cream. She just dump the cream all over my cup and yelled at me: should have ordered a latte. This is a latte. NO! I do not want a latte.
