We got here and there were 7 workers. No one was at the drive through and there was 1 at the fountain getting herself something to drink. There were 4 cars in the drive through and a handful of people waiting for their food. My daughter and I placed our order. Just 2 normal sandwiches, a #1, and #3, no custom additions. After waiting 15 minutes. We received our food. During that time, I watched about 3 different people try to figure out orders for drive through customers, a pickle being cut with a mayo filled knife (which is unsanitary and a kitchen license rule no-no). I have my food license and I KNOW that you do not cross contaminate food. My lettuce in my sandwich was FROZEN together. When I took it up to show the workers, they acted like they had no idea. I asked for another sandwich, but instead, they told me they were too busy, and gave me my money back. I told them they need to temp their food. I also asked to talk to the manager so I could tell her about the mayo knife and the pickle. She told me that she wasn't there and didn't see it, so it probably didn't happen. This place is under terrible management and everyone there should take a food safety course. We will not be eating there anymore. I highly suggest everyone watch the workers...

Extremely slow service, randomly cut in half subs (full sized 16") where you actually have to ask for that giant sub to be cut in half as if that's not a common practice ANYWHERE else. I love picking up my lunch break sub and getting out to the job to find out I'm trying to pick up a 16" falling apart mess. JJs has always been a "freaky fast" establishment but this drivethru is always the slowest I've ever seen. You try to order and they're cutting you off cramming in their 20 questions about adding cheese/pickles/cookies making you stop and repeat yourself.
