We had planned to eat breakfast here on the last morning of our trip to New Ulm. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to the table. I walked right past it, but my husband pointed out the notice near the door advising of a meeting for the MN Marriage Amendment to recognize marriage between one man and one woman. He asked if I really wanted to eat here and that answer was no. We turned around and were out the door. A business sure does have the right to their opinions and beliefs. When they want to make it public, then I have the right to spend or not spend my money at their business. Pretty disappointing, I missed what I anticipated would have been a good breakfast. I just thought others would like to know of this restaurants public beliefs before planning their vacation. It might help you decide how to spend your money one way...

This is a great family owned breakfast spot. We stopped on our way home from a family function and boy were we impressed. Our family loves these non chain spots where some hardworking people treat you like family. Hashbrowns were on point, pancakes were bigger than my head. I had a chicken fried steak omelet.
