红苹果 Jiang’s Bistro — Restaurant in New York

Price doesn’t change for years, which is good, but quality is getting worse and worse, lots of dishes are from last day, amount is also getting less, until now, it doesn’t even worth this price. Waiter(also the owner) forgot to give change back to the costumer, after the costumer had food, he went back to ask for his change, the owner refused immediately even without checking. 1 start for that attitude. I have been having food here for a year or two, but not anymore.

Decided to get one order to share with my gf and we're so glad we did because it was mid. The food tasted pretty bland, barely seasoned. Portion size was ok, the old lady was being cheap with the scoop.
