Absolutely Terrible! Freezing Cold, Disgusting Food, and the Rudest Staff! From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our food, while other guests—who arrived much later—were served before us. The staff was rude and disrespectful, making us feel like we weren’t valued as customers. When we decided to take our dessert to go, the waiter immediately turned to a coworker and started mocking us, questioning why we wanted it packed up. The level of unprofessionalism was beyond frustrating. While the restaurant is supposed to have a nice view, the igloos they seat you in completely block it, making it feel pointless. On top of that, the waiters kept leaving the igloo door open, making it freezing cold inside. Instead of a comfortable dining experience, we were left shivering the entire time. When our food finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. My girlfriend’s fish was ice cold, and my steak was served on a plate completely drenched in meat juice and oil, making it unappetizing and poorly presented. On top of that, the steak itself looked and tasted microwaved, like no real effort was put into cooking it properly. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my steak, which is absolutely disgusting. The food was not just poorly prepared—it was completely inedible and lacked any seasoning. To top it off, when we finally got our dessert to go, it was shoved into a container so carelessly that it looked like someone had smashed it with their fist before handing it to us. It was clear that the staff didn’t care at all about our experience. The way we were treated compared to other guests made it obvious that we were not given the same level of service. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Between the rude staff, freezing cold seating, inedible food, and complete lack of respect for customers, I strongly urge anyone considering this place to stay far away. There are plenty of restaurants that actually care about their customers—this is not one of them. PLEASE AVOID!

A and Z Rooftop Bar and Lounge, perched high above the bustling streets of New York City, offers more than just breathtaking views. It's a culinary destination where every bite and sip is a symphony of flavors. Let's start with the star of the show: the burger. This isn't your ordinary patty. It's a masterpiece, cooked to perfection and nestled between two toasted brioche buns. The juicy, flavorful meat is complemented by a medley of crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and a secret sauce that's simply divine. Each bite is a burst of flavor that leaves you craving more. To complement the burger, I opted for a classic lemon drop martini. This refreshing cocktail is a perfect balance of tart and sweet. The tangy lemon flavor is beautifully accentuated by a touch of sweetness, making it the ideal companion to the rich, hearty burger. The presentation was flawless, with the drink served in a chilled martini glass, garnished with a lemon twist. But it's not just about the food and drinks; the ambiance at A and Z is equally impressive. The rooftop terrace provides a stunning backdrop, with panoramic views of the city skyline. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or a special someone, A and Z offers a truly unforgettable experience.

I really enjoyed the food and the mocktail. The view of the Empire State building is perfect and the atmosphere is great! The waiter who served our table is super nice!! The mocktail that I ordered didn't turn out the way I expected and he offered to make a new one and I was like no it's fine. Later on, he showed up with a brand new mocktail that he likes, and he did this because he noticed that I was barely drinking my mocktail. That's soooo considerate and attentive of him and I really appreciate it!! Thank you for making our experience at A to Z above and beyond expectations! The new mocktail that he brought is so good that I finished 2 glasses. I'm so grateful that I wanted to contribute my first (and might be the last as well😂) review on google to this place.

Recently, my family and I stumbled upon a hidden gem in the heart of New York City. Originally, we had set our sights on a restaurant called Ramerino's, but much to our dismay, they were fully booked. Just as we were grappling with our options, we discovered this cozy little nook (right upstairs!) that exceeded our expectations. While dining in december on a rooftop was a bit nerve wracking, our worries melted away when we discovered the heated igloos of the rooftop restaraunt! A to Z on Fifth was decorated with white lights, and the igloos encompassed a gorgeous newyork city skyline with the Empire State Building in the distance! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the dining experience was truly special. Thanks to the incredible staff, Francesco and Annessa, certainly transformed a night out in New York into an unforgettable adventure! Their friendly and personable nature made us feel right at home. After dinner, we took a moment on the rooftop to capture a selfie against the beautiful NYC skyline. Unexpectedly, Francesco and Annessa came outside, offering to snap a family photo for us (helping encompass the breathtaking views!). This thoughtful gesture encapsulated their generosity and genuine spirit. We highly recommend...
