Worst gelato / ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s really hard to mess up vanilla and pistachio, but the flavors were awful. Tasted very artificial and very very sweet.
The person working there smeared the gelato all over the cup (I really mean all over - there was nowhere to hold without getting sticky stuff all over my hands). I wanted to try the vegan croissant and when I asked, he told me that a gelato flavor was not vegan, after scooping it into a sloppy cup (info didn’t matter but he should say that before scooping something). He also picked up a croissant with his hand and put it on a baking sheet instead of using the sheet to pick up the pastry. He touched the signs with the pastry names on them and then picked up the pastry to give it to me.
He also gave me the tiniest scrapes of gelato when I asked to taste the flavors. I’ve never had such small scrapes for tasting - it’s hard to taste much. It is also very stingy so does not feel good.
There are MuCH better gelato shops around. This place is way overpriced for stuff that tastes worse than Kirkland ice cream or trash you get from a generic truck. Don’t waste your money.

Read moreI've been eyeing this place since it opened but never stopped by until tonight. Hopefully it was just a fluke of an experience but I did not enjoy it. The gentleman working had his air pods in the whole time while he was serving a long line (6 customers) and was talking to his friend instead of with the customers. The scoops were messy and getting on the cup (he was just scraping the gelato on there) and the presentation of the gelatos just looked stale and messy overall. I tried the strawberry and it tasted more like bubble gum. It's cute on the outside, but that's about all this place has going for it. Surprisingly Figo is cheaper and much better if you want a much better...
Read moreI recently visited Aida’s Parkside in New York, and it was a wonderful experience! The gelato was rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavors. Each scoop was a treat. The best part was the service. Omar, the worker who helped me, was perfect—so friendly and welcoming. He explained the different flavors, offered samples with a smile, and gave great recommendations. The shop had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your gelato. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Aida’s parkside. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors! Overall, a 5-star experience with fantastic gelato and...
