I’ve eaten 20 breakfast burritos in Orange County that you guys have told me to try, and ranking them all. This time it was Glee Donuts: 3024 W Ball Rd ste a, Anaheim, CA 92804 9475 Heil Ave A, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 Here’s the whole rank Nick’s in Seal Beach - 9.75 LJ’s Cafe in Cypress - 9.5 That Epic Burrito Shack in Huntington Beach - 8.6 Pepe’s in Fullerton - 8.3 Troy’s in Orange - 8.2 Nate’s Korner in Santa Ana - 8.1 Ham ‘N Scram in Westminster - 8.0 Glee Donuts in Anaheim and Fountain Valley - 8.0 The Trough in Irvine, Anaheim, and RSM - 7.8 George’s in Fullerton - 7.8 Palm Market Deli in Orange - 7.5 Rose Cafe in Lake Forest - 7.5 Lupes - Dana Point/Aliso Viejo/HB - 7.4 Surfin Donuts in Mission Viejo - 7.3 Paul’s Place in Orange - 7 Teddy’s Deli - 6.8 Cali Tacos in Orange - 6.8 Hola Adios in Costa Mesa - 6.5 Athenian #3 in Buena Park - 6 John’s Place in Orange - 5.3 Shoutout to @theotheramberrose for wanting to buy me my burrito but not knowing I was gonna be wild and get THREE lol. I tried their standard chorizo breakfast burrito, their softshell crab burrito, and just had to try the burgerrito. The standard burrito is GOOD. It’s a solid size for around $10, ingredient distribution is even, and it just had good cheese and flavor. I rank these standard ones all against each other to just be fair, but burgerrito was probably just as good. It’s all the same but with a patty/sausage in the middle. Honestly didn’t like the softshell crab one. If you’re a softshell crab fan you’ll like it - it’s pretty packed with it. A little too fishy for me. Where should I go next? . . . #burritos #breakfastburrito #fountainvalley #orangecounty #wheretoeat

Went with my husband yesterday for brunch. I ordered the pumpkin flower quesadilla which the menu says is made with Oaxaca cheese. It was most certainly NOT Oaxaca cheese. Oaxaca cheese is bright white, even after being heated. You can see from the picture a piece I cut that the color is not what it should be. The cheese did not stretch/stringy either which Oaxaca cheese does. The most frustrating moment for me was when I asked the server what Chihuahua Cheese is. I wouldn't have mind if they said they didn't know and needed to check with the chef. But her response to me was "it's a type of cheese" 😳. It is? Wow I had no idea. The guacamole was good and my husband's brisket tacos were tasty. But the Tajin on the nachos wasn't necessary and could have been served on the side. That said, we won't be going back. The food was not high quality or 'alta calidad' at all.

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Decent flavor, but tiny portions and overpriced I ordered one serving (which only comes with two very small tacos). The menu listed them at $19, but I was charged $20 (slight discrepancy typo or last minute adjustment? 😅). The meat was a bit tough and charred, nothing exceptional for the price. That said, the restaurant itself is stylish and clean (your typical Instagram-worthy spot). Note: The guacamole shown in photos is a $5 side (only the lime is free, lol). Bottom line: If you’re actually hungry, you’ll need two orders ($40), which feels excessive for tacos that don’t stand out. As someone familiar with authentic Latin flavors, I’ve had far better at lower prices. This might impress tourists, but it didn’t win me over.

I typically refrain from writing negative reviews; however, my experience this evening has left me disappointed and hurt. I was asked to leave this restaurant, seemingly due to being the only Black patron present. Upon my arrival, I was filled with anticipation, as I had dined here multiple times during the summer and had thoroughly enjoyed my visits. In fact, I had intended to collaborate with the restaurant to feature them on my TikTok page, which showcases eateries in New York City. After a demanding week at work, I looked forward to reading, enjoying my meal, indulging in dessert, and enjoying a glass of wine. Upon entering, the hostess welcomed me to a table without mentioning any upcoming reservations. Had I been informed, I would have chosen to dine elsewhere. The first red flag, was when the waitress approached me asking if I was ready to order but never made mention of the taco special, yet shortly thereafter, when two young white women were seated, she enthusiastically described the taco special of the evening. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I recognized that this could have been an oversight on her part, so I chose not to address it. After finishing my tacos, the waitress inquired if I needed a box. When she returned she did not offer dessert options, although I overheard her presenting them to the table beside me. Instead, she brought the bill. At this time, I requested to see the dessert menu, to which she responded with apparent annoyance. After a few moments, she asked if I had made a decision because a new reservation had just arrived. I observed that there were six available tables that could easily accommodate a party of two. She then claimed that the hostess had informed me that there was a reservation on the way. I intended to enjoy my Saturday night dinner and would not have remained if I had known there was a time limit. I had been there for less than an hour. When I requested to speak with a manager, he attributed the issue to the hostess, and when I questioned the availability of the other tables, he stated they were reserved for other guests. I surveyed my surroundings and observed another girl sitting at a table meant for two. Unlike me, she was not a Black woman, which seemingly permitted her to remain. While I typically refrain from invoking race in discussions, the circumstances surrounding my removal just 40 minutes into my meal left me with no other rationale. I left the situation feeling both embarrassed and wounded by...

The ONLY reasons I gave this place a 3 star is because the cocktails were AMAZING! For the place to be simply decorated, it was still a nice intimate ambiance and the menu included food fare that was familiar, but with a twist. So instead of beef or pork ribs, they have lamb ribs and instead of chicken tacos, they have mahi mahi tacos. Also, this restaurant holds it down for vegetarians and vegans alike. They have many options for the herbivores of NYC.

Now for the cons: I live in NYC where sometimes going out to eat is overpriced, but that's because they over feed you right??? Well here this is NOT the case; they bust you over the head for what you think is "dinner" and BOOM you get tapas! My boyfriend and I were so confused. The menu definitely says DINNER, but what you get isn't dinner, you get a snack. Oh and clearly it's something that is known by staff within the restaurant because as my boyfriend is looking over the menu, the waitress states that maybe he should order two because the dishes aren't that big 🙄. At first, I thought she was throwing shade at my honey because he's chubby, but once we got our food I saw she wasn't lying. As much as I enjoyed my cocktail, my tacos were soggy and falling apart, not to mention the food was just ok and not filling at all.

So unless you want to get hustled out of money by ordering multiple dinner plates that are the size of non-shareable tapas, you may want to explore other options. However, if you want to grab a drink or cocktail this is a nice cozy...

Alright Google, let's talk about the most aesthetic bathroom I've ever seen. When you sit down, you're not surrounded by the usual cold, impersonal tiles, but instead by a warm, homey, wooden backdrop.

When the door closes behind you stop hearing the hustle and bustle of this popular eatery. Your ears are now caressed by Alta Calidads captivating alt/pop playlist, built to compliment this visually enticing bathroom.

Ladies and gentlemen, I wouldn't be raving about this bathroom were it not immaculatly clean. This, in addition to the warm air and cozy atmosphere, makes you feel like you're whizzing at home.

Next you'll notice the ceiling art. I won't spoil this lavish display for you but it's by far the most beautiful thing ive looked at while deucing.

As you go to wash your hands, you'll see, the most playful little candle wafting soft, summery scents that satisfy and satiate your every smoldering smidgen of sensory desire.

No doubt, for the duration of your bathroom journey you will continue to taste the savory entrees you enjoyed at your table. For those of you keeping count, this restaurant bathroom is a lush buffet for all five senses. An absolute must for any true conisseur.

20 out of 10,...
