Don't know what happened to Arby's, but I do know it is part of the Wendy's franchise, and I feel Wendy's should rid of this diseased, useless apendage, that is preventing the Wendy's franchise from blossoming into a much better version of itself.... on a much better note, at least the workers were nice. The "New Boneless Buffalo wings" were horrible... maybe if they were drenched in a Honey BBQ sauce, but mine were saturated in a liquid that could refine your everlasting sinus issues. The "sauce" , well let's just say, I should've asked for some chicken with my sauce. Not to mention the sinus clearing attributes it has, and the weird unpleasant taste... hey guys, this is" NOT your father's Buffalo sauce"! Not good at all. I think they should definitely X that off the menu and recreate that dish. Also, remove the posters of the Boneless Buffalo chicken wings from the windows because they look nothing like the ones in the pictures... it's like extreme click bait! (Smh) Few other menu items are not as good as they should be by the way they are displayed on the menu. They really need to act and remake the whole Arby's franchise portion of the business. This is not the first time I've been disappointed by its products. Just never griped about it before. I hope moving forward, they improve on their products and productivity because I do see potential in the company. Hopefully, corporate takes it more seriously and reconsider a few loose ends, and the Love of God, to mend this business back to something good. Ps, If you haven't tried their "new" Buffalo wings item, then please take precautions before you do. Or. . . Just stick to Wendy's! Can't go...
Read moreThey certainly have the meats in the sandwiches they offer. I remember the classic roast beef with cheese & haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time but after meeting an associate here to discuss business I decided to order a sandwich & it reminded me of “The Carnegie Deli” but honestly let’s be serious that’s like ordering 2Lbs of cold cuts, putting it on thin health bread adding a pickle which is way over the top but it’s good so to remind of that I was impressed. The only thing I have to say about Queens that they just have to change is to add outlets or mobile friendly charger UBS friendly stores already. I feel like it’s the same as trying to use a public restroom in Queens (You can’t unless you purchase something even Restaurants” which just makes anyone from Long Island feel as if we have 10 heads if we dare ask for such things that make businesses flourish on Long Island or Nassau & Suffolk since Brooklyn & Queens are technically on the Island but don’t say that to any Brooklyn or Queens county resident because they don’t like that which is commercial but I understand after growing up in Nassau County . The difference in people is just night & day. Anyway Arby’s has come a long way & I’ll be returning to one...
Read moreI went to the Metropolitan Avenue store in the Middle Village section of Queens, New York on December 13th and looked at the menu before I decided to order, I placed my order with the cashier (who had a rude attitude towards Me) and went to sit down at one of the available tables while I wait for my order, I was sitting at the table waiting when the cashier who took my order came to Me with my food and just rudely dropped my food off in front of Me without saying a word and barely making any eye contact, I checked the order and I saw that there was no dipping sauce for the nuggets and no marinara sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks and the burger I ordered (big cheesy bacon burger) was no bigger than the whopper junior at Burger King, I didn't appreciate the rude disrespectful attitude from that employee and I was going to say something to him about the missing items from my order and about his rudeness towards Me but I saw that there was a pretty big crowd and I wasn't going to wait to speak to him so I just left, I would like to speak to someone who can help Me with this situation, I go to stores and restaurants for service, not to be disrespected by...
