Asian Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I was just in here today during my lunch break which is only 30 mins. I walked in and was not addressed at all. Finally after 3 minutes I spoke up to be acknowledged. When I asked if my lunch special came with a drink the lady was hesitant and said “ok”. Selfishly trying to keep inventory when the drink is a apart of the lunch special. As I go to get my drink I am skipped by two people and now being further ignored. Now I am having to yell for attention while the staff continuously ignore me in the kitchen preparing food. Finally I get someone’s attention and now I am complaining about the service and he tells me I have to yell. As a paying Customer I shouldn’t have to yell for attention. This is not a favor it is a service! I finally walked out and cancelled my order to go down the block for pizza where I was quickly addressed when I walked in and had my food within 5 minutes or less. I used to come here often for the pork buns. This place is not what it used to be at all. I ordered and waited like 40 minutes, they forgot to add something to my order so I had to come back and wait longer over all probably like 50 minutes - an hour waiting for my food. Sesame chicken was good but the egg fried rice had lettuce in it. Which is confusing to me because I never had lettuce in my egg fried rice. Barley any egg in the rice too. When I asked for duck sauce the lady rolled her eyes at me idk why? I felt like they didn't want to serve me even though I was kind and friendly. Why have a restaurant if you don't want to have customers? Overall bad experience and wouldn't eat here again. I added a picture so they don't come and say it was cabbage. I was treated very fairly , they always ask in the cold days if you want a warm soup the food is very well cooked and very tasty. Howard Beach has 2 Chinese restaurants this is my favorite and I would never step in East Meets West the most nasty people hope they go under and Asia Cafe will be the only one so then can thrive. But they have a problem they use their son that is like 15 at the front desk and I don't know where this kid grew up but he is very rood and imature will be better offer if they would use someone else in the front the kid things he owns the oxigen in the store if it wasn't for his parents hard working people I would have rate the store this time with an absolute 0...
