KFC — Restaurant in New York

UI don’t know if I’d recommend this KFC. The employees behind the counter were on their phones, complaining about other workers not showing up, and overall came off as rude and unprofessional. They also don’t seem to listen the first time you have to repeat yourself, and when you do, they’ll either ignore you or respond rudely with “I heard you the first time,” only to still get your order wrong because they clearly weren’t paying attention.

The wait time is just as frustrating. Even if you place a mobile order, you’ll be waiting. I’d suggest ordering at least 25 minutes before you arrive, because the food won’t be ready when the app says it is.

On the bright side, the food does come out fresh probably because by the time they finally make your order, they’ve run out of whatever was sitting out before. So yes, the food is fresh, but the service is unprofessional,...

Food is standard KFC taste. Service is SLOW. I cant imagine this place having a drive through, the car line would back up to Queens Center Mall. This KFC needs more workers, I saw two ladies taking care of the cashier and the other lady preparing orders, there was a cook in the back. The line of people waiting was quite high, I waited on my order for 20 minutes. I may not have worked at any fast food restaurants but is it time to remove fast food from fast food? I mean the chicken is cooked, the side dishes are cooked, you just pack everything into a tray or a to go bag. Corporate needs to step in and retrain or get more employees at the frontline. Too many people were complaining about the long waits.

Wow, this place in Howard Beach is just amazing! I've never had a bad meal here, and it's in such a great neighborhood. The food is top-notch, seriously. Have you tried their pot pies? They're out of this world! But my absolute favorite has to be their chicken sandwiches. I mean, how do they make them taste so good? I find myself coming here all the time just for one of those sandwiches and some fries. The staff is super friendly too; they even know me now because I'm here so often! And let's talk about the wait times. I don't know what those other reviews are going on about because I usually get my sandwich in under a minute.
