Bamboo Garden — Restaurant in New York

I was there earlier with my lady friend and the woman behind the counter was very pleasant she seated us and catered to us very professionally. As time went by another woman came she walked up to us looked at us and walked away. I said hello she just looked at me and walked away. We then ordered our main course. The lady was very unpleasant and unprofessional she has no customer service skills. As a person in the food industry owners need to train their employees about customer service skills. We would say thank you et. and she would just look at us and walked away. Every sing time we would ask for help and say thank you she would be mute like we don't exist. I have been going to this restaurant for a long time. As a child we would have weekly family dinners here. Last night we hosted my son's birthday here for about 20 people. We called the night before to let them know, since it was a large party. When we got there I was so happy to see that they set up a beautiful area for us. The food was delicious, the set up was beautiful, but most of all, the service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond. She assured me she had everything ready and she did not disappoint. The waiters and waitresses are very dishonest when it comes to customer bills , they charge you extra, numbers don’t lie, plus they charge you for the expensive item, when on their other hand they give you the item that cost less, when confront about your bill they have the at most disrespect telling you that what is the problem, they honestly have no value for someone money. after you made a point their excuse is 3 of us was serving the table. Also waitress are verbally abusive to customers, accusing them that they are drunk and using indecent language in their statement.
