Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Let me start by saying, the chicken sandwich? Magnificent. perfectly crisp, juicy, and flavourful. I also tried the cajun fries, which were hot, crispy, and season right. the food itself is undeniably excellent. Also, the environment is clean and well-kept. However, the staff are very unfriendly which was very upsetting. They all seem overwhelmed but they shouldn’t take it out on the customer. My encounter with one of the workers wasn't very nice. I simply asked if I could possibly get a honey mustard sauce to go with my sandwich. She rudely said "the sandwich doesn't come with sauce" but I question it because not only did I get a sandwich I also got cajun fries. She said "Your order doesn't come with a side of sauce" and walked away, not very good service in my opinion. I'll give Popeyes a rating of four stars mainly because the food was great but the customer service sucks. The chicken sandwich is a culinary gold medal, but the service is a marathon you might...

I had an unpleasant experience when I ordered food online for pickup. After waiting for 15 minutes, the food still wasn't ready, and to make matters worse, when I finally received it, the chicken sandwiches were completely burnt.

Thinking it might have been an isolated incident, I decided to give it another chance the next day. However, my second visit was no better. Despite ordering online 20 minutes prior, I still had to wait for 15 minutes at the restaurant. And when I received the sandwiches this time, they were extremely tough and dry, almost like bricks, mostly because they are very old or for the day before.

At this point, I've given up trying to order from this place and have decided to go to the one located at 9400 Liberty Ave instead. The lack of standards, slow service, and consistently overcooked food or reusing leftover food from prior days has left me disappointed with this...

I went to Popeyes on Atlantic Ave. In Queens. I saw it to be very empty and pass it many times but this time I decided to get something to eat, I ordered a Combo ...6 piece chicken wings with mash potatoes, all fo $12.74 , to say the least was very disappointed, chicken wings smaller then my thumb, look like left overs from the night before and definitely is not how they advertise.

I also got a small portion of mashed potatoes, let me tell you , in third world countries you get more then what you pay for and the food is 10 xs better, I rather eat prison food then waste $12. I thought Popeyes was actually better, I'll probably feed this so called chicken to my stray cats and see what they will...
