Madani Halal — Local services in New York

EID-Ul-Adha 2020, I ordered a goat for Qurbani and got worst experience and services from Madani. They promised during order time that "you will come, select your goat and take your qurbani within an hour". But that was not real as they promised. You have to run after the goat, catch the goat, keep the goat with you until slaughtered. There was no assistant from Madani, only they took money (it was much higher price than the normal time). In slaughtering process, the people working there are not at all professional. They cut the meat with big sizes and it was very difficult to make pieces for cooking. Even they offered the customer " can we make it only 4 pieces". Can you imagine a 65-85 pound goat with 4 pieces?. If there is a 0 rating system,...

I never saw such a qworst poultry farm like this. Went to buy 8 baby chicken and paid time 9:23 AM. The guy said it will take 20 to 30 minutes. My serial number was 835. We came back around 10 AM. They were giving out #846. We thought ours is ready and asked lady in the counter. She said it is not ready yet. We waited further until 11 AM. We asked the lady in the counter and two guys instead of dealing properly she said she does not know how long will it take maybe another hour. We asked money back and she she said they are cutting now. I think they just forgot about. They said because of skin out....it takes a long time. Very bad management...When I picked up my order 835 @ 11:15 AM they were giving out 858.They deserve...

A nice small poultry option for those of us who like fresh poultry and meats. They offer goat and beef and a variety of birds. The staff there is great. The place is kept clean and you can see all the operations from the waiting area as well as choose what you want from what they have. I miss the guy they call Ricky, we haven't seen him in awhile, but we keep going back. However it's the customers that come there that are rude to the staff. I had to tell an older lady that while it is Saturday and they are busy you have to have patience. If they tell you the wait is 20mins give them 25mins because they can only work so fast. Plus it is hot. As long as I live in Ozone Park I'll go there...
