DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HARASSED! While the food was okay, the service was absolutely horrid. The waitress pestered us for a tip, when the receipt clearly said gratuity SUGGESTED. Despite that, we still tipped and she had the audacity to tell us to tip more because of her service and that she only relies on tips. I was going to give her extra tip but she proceeded to show attitude and shove a pen at my face to change my tip. She said, "Change your tip and then you can leave" Excuse me???? That type of behavior is INTOLERABLE from a waitress. You signed up for this job regardless of tips. So, She's lucky I'm even tipping, considering tipping is merely SUGGESTED. When I told her I wouldn't be tipping more because of her behavior, she told me not to come here next time because I'm not Willing to tip for service. I told her she doesn't have to worry about it. I'm reading these reviews and noticing that many people are saying the same thing and it seems to be the same lady. She either needs to get fired or reprimanded because this behavior is unacceptable. I'm genuinely afraid that she might overcharge me...
Read moreA few weeks ago, I stumbled upon a truly special Thai restaurant in Forest Hills, and it has quickly become my new go-to spot. I've had Thai food all over New York, but not many places can compared to the experience I had here. The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Thai dishes, with a huge variety to choose from. It was hard to decide what to get because everything sounded so good, but whatever you order, you can't go wrong. Every single dish I've tried has been absolutely amazing. The flavors are incredibly vibrant and complex, a genuine burst of flavors with every bite. You can tell they use only the freshest ingredients. I was so impressed that I couldn't stop talking about it at work the next day. A few of my coworkers were amazed too and went to try it for themselves, and they were all just as blown away as I was. If you're looking for the best Thai cuisine in Forest Hills, this is it. It's now my favorite spot for Thai food, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates truly authentic and...
Read moreI was a long time customer of this restaurant. I probably went there twice a week every week for the last 15 years, sticking with them despite menu changes that increased the price and decreasing quality of the food--and even after them serving us raw pork! Most people that I have brought there have complained that the food was too salty, but I stuck with it as the local neighborhood Thai food spot.
I will not go again because of an extremely negative experience with the manager. My wife and I were literally thrown out of this restaurant at lunch time for drinking bubble tea. Yes, we were thrown out of an Asian restaurant for bubble tea.
It was lunch time, and the restaurant was empty--literally, we were the only ones there. But the manager said it didn't look good for us to have bubble tea and demanded we leave, then said some very rude things on our way out. I hope his empty restaurant...
