Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in New York

Went here on July 31st for the $ 1.50 per scoop. Was greeted by a nice gentleman but told him to give me a few mins to decide on what flavor to choose and soon after about 10 mins someone came and helped us. It was a lady named Runa. And honestly saying i did not like her attitude. They have this pink spoon pledge (uploaded photo below) stating sample any flavor for free until you find your right one. I wanted to sample the Nutty Coconut and before she gave it to me she gave me a look as if im some cheap bastard wanting free ice cream and after 3 sec she walked over and gave me a sample. I honestly normally sample about 3 flavor cause they usually have 3 or 4 with unique names and flavor but just when im about to asked for the 3rd sample she raised her voice a little and told me and my friend only 2 sample per person. I find that really rude. So much for the Pink Spoon Pledge. False advertisement. My first and only experience there has been terrible. Prefer the one by Queens college and again her name was Runa. Very bad customer service. And she refuse to give me a receipt cause she was in a hurry to serve the next...

I have been to this location a few times. Tonight, I asked to try a flavor. I am told only one can be sampled. I never heard of this from any other location. He said because they dont have the smaller spoons. I'm sure they can order them like any other location. After trying the flavor, I decided to just order the Paloma fizz. He said they dont make that just milkshakes. Yet they have the flyer on window like any other location. He walks away speaking another language to his co worker. She comes and I ask her. She said they do make it. So they either do or dont. She proceeds to ask me what flavor I want. I said Paloma is the flavor. She said it's vanilla or another flavor with root beer. I was asking for Paloma fizz and not a different flavor fizz. She then said that one comes out Wednesday. I'm like no the deal ends Wednesday and you have a tube of it there. The tube is pretty much empty so someone there knows how to make it, just not...

Super gross and dirty. If you must eat here, watch your food while they make it. The girl put gloves on, reached into the garbage then put the egg on my wrap and patted it with the same globe. After she took it put of the over she struggled to put it in the bag because it was too hot and dragged it across the counter. When I showed her the pieces of other food that got stuck to the wrap she just gave me a dear in the headlight look. I threw it out. I didn't feel like arguing over a wrap. Definitely worst DD I've been too. Also if you take a look at the Ice Cream on the BR side you'll see they don't clean the scoopers in between, so beware if you are allergic to certain things.
