I ordered a HERSHEY'S Sundae without chocolate syrup because my child didn’t want too much — just a small amount. When I arrived for pickup, I politely asked if I could receive the chocolate syrup on the side. A staff member, Ms. Gurpreet, who identified herself as the general manager (and appears in photos attached to a previous review), responded that it wasn’t possible. I then asked if just a small amount could be added to the sundae instead. Rather than offering a simple and respectful explanation, Ms. Gurpreet raised her voice at me, saying something like, “You said you didn’t want chocolate, and now you’re bothering me when I’m already so busy!” I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable. Her reaction was aggressive, completely unprofessional, and unnecessary. Ms. Gurpreet’s actions and attitude are entirely unacceptable for someone in a management position. I asked for two plain bacon & cheese burgers & was given both with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, & pickles. When I went to tell the person, he said it was "my fault for not specifying what topping I didn't want because he has to input each topping on his tablet". He refused to make new ones for me until I argued with him for a few mins. Mind you that a lady next to me said "they always mess up orders here" while I was waiting for him to remake the burgers.
