Best Buds Burgers — Restaurant in New York

My family and i love to eat at bareburger Hartsdale But the last time I ordered onine was very disappointed. I ordered 2 Supreme Burgers. They gave me 1 burger missing a patty, less onion rings, no pieces of fries. I called them. He said that now Supreme Burgers comes with only 1 patty for same price $18. Told him than why 1 burger had 2 patty he said it was a mistake adding 2 patty. I hunged up. Went online checked their menu says Supreme Burgers 2 patty. I called back. He said that's an old menu and hasn't been changed That he's going to inform the company to update it. So than I said "PUT ME THE MANAGER!!!!!" He says "I AM THE MANAGER" there's nothing we can do. I said OK never buying there again and hunged up. Then late night when I'm laying down watching TV I logged in my bank to complain. He must had canceled payment it was almost $40. Cozy little burger spot in Ridgewood and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a big fan of the burger overall. The beef patty itself was flavorful and the sauce worked nicely, but the bread-and-butter pickles threw it off for me—they just don’t belong on a burger. Their sweetness overpowers the beef. Mustard and Kosher pickles would make it a great burger. Also, an option for Bacon. No bacon??? The fries, on the other hand, were excellent—crispy and cooked in beef tallow, which gave them extra richness. Prices are fair, and they’ve got a solid selection of sodas. With a few tweaks, this place could really shine. Please just get rid of bread and butter...

Price is Solid for the amount of food.

Smash burger is good, thought I'd need a double cheese burger but a single is plenty of meat.

The tallow friend fries have nice flavor.

I really dont have a single complaint, its greasy but its a burger they double wrapped my delivery bag so I didnt get mess everywhere.

The only thing they could improve would be like some topping options for like bacon, or maybe some sort of spicy sauce.
